Team Kanban Practitioner Certification: Roles and Responsibility
Kanban provides an optimised, configured and simple approach to plan and implements the workflow process in the Software and IT industry. Developed back in the 1940s by the Japanese Industrialist "Taiichi Ohno", the concept of KMP1 Certification was actually to forge a path which is controlled and managed by a workflow process. The Kanban Practitioner dwell upon the process which is not only optimised, configured and simple but also is controllable and manageable at every stage of the workflow.
Kanban allows visualising the workflow process at every stage of development, production and delivery. As the process of Kanban delivers quality results and efficient work performance, the demand for Kanban practitioners in the software and IT industry are growing exponentially high with time.

As Kanban makes the workflow process much more agile, and delivers quality solutions within time to the organisation, in this leap of the blog, we will let you know how you can practice the Kanban Framework as a Kanban Practitioner and many other things related to it.
What Exactly is Kanban?
Kanban is a framework which is formulated to process workflow through a set of methods and techniques to attain Agility at every stage of development, production and delivery in the software and IT industry. Kanban stands on six principles based on which workflow is implemented and managed accordingly. Following are the six principles:
1) Visualisation of Workflow and Process: This begins with the planning and management of every phase to assume the future outcome from the request to a deliverable product.
2) Manage the work with Progress Limit: This principle states to have a smooth governing of the workflow process with continuous progress phase. This principle also asks the user to avoid multitasking as it generates things of no use.
3) Manage the Flow: This principle asks to have an eye on every stage of the workflow process with the efficient, healthy and smooth system with partial governance.
4) Make the Process Policies Explicit: This principle of the process policies states to associate everyone with a common policy of workflow. The process policies are the rulebook of guidelines which formulates how to do the particular task.
5) The Implementation of Feedback loops: The principle of implementation of feedback loops states to focus on the necessary fields and be regular with informative practices.
6)Improve Collaboratively and Evolve Experimentally: This principle asks to have a  collaborative approach to the workflow system which makes it more productive with positive aspects of work done.
Who is a Kanban Practitioner?
Kanban Practitioner is a certified person who knows the working fundamentals of Kanban in the Software and IT industry. Kanban Practitioner designs and manages the Kanban Board and provides the smart approach for Kanban Solutions as being a part of the team Kanban Practitioner.
A Kanban Practitioner provides the vision with the standards, techniques and requirements based on which the Kanban team performs to build an effective agile process. As being a part of the team of Kanban, they are a valuable person for the organisation who helps the enterprise to attain business agility with ease.
What is the responsibility of a Kanban Practitioner?
: As they have in-depth knowledge of Kanban Framework they are responsible for the implementation of Kanban in the workflow process.
: They are responsible to design and manage the Kanban board which further emphasises the path for having smart and an appropriate approach for Kanban solutions.
: They are responsible for the implementation of the pull system of Kanban and they manage the fundamentals of service delivery workflow with team collaboration.

How do I get Certified as a Team Kanban Practitioner?
