hmm headcanons.. lemme think.. here’s some!

1. he still lives with the tsukumo family even after the show is over. of course, iii is free to stay with his own family whenever he wants, but iii just likes staying at yuma’s place. he sleeps in yuma’s actual bedroom since yuma likes sleeping in the attic. it’s also more convenient for him to go to school this way (and iii can be yuma’s alarm clock!)

2. as a result to the above hc, iii has to take over some chores in the house. he usually does the organizing (loves that stuff) and keeping track of everything. he also accompanies yuma to the dojo whenever they have to deliver supplies to gramps roku and yamikawa. akari considers him an actual responsible little brother compared to yuma

3. akari and haru like him very much. akari likes to make jokes about how iii actually looks like he could actually be part of the tsukumo family. obomi also likes him and they frequently do chores together

4. michael sticks around yuma for several reasons. it’s mostly because yuma is his first and best friend, but also because i feel like he felt a sense of protectiveness over yuma after brutally dueling him in the past. he likely made a promise with astral to look after yuma when astral’s gone. don’t mess with yuma unless you want a sword thrown at your head! (heartland nearly learned this the hard way)

5. his favorite subjects in school are history and science. he doesn’t have a least favorite subject

6. he likes playing capsule monsters chess! he also loves history documentaries (but hates conspiracy theories presented as fact in said history documentaries)

7. he likes frilly clothing!

that’s all i can really think of right now!! going through a tough bit of art block so i couldn’t doodle the hc’s but i hope you like the list!!! love ya Blue!! <33
