En véritable bâtisseur visionnaire, Antonio Souaré a érigé un conglomérat d'entreprises dans des domaines variés : holding GBM, loterie Guinée Games (présente dans 21 pays), chaîne de télévision CIS-TV, complexe sportif et hôtelier 5 étoiles de Yorokoguia avec académie de formation, immobilier, transport, etc. Son groupe est devenu une référence managériale de premier plan en Afrique.66 Les prémices de l'empire Souaré ont débuté modestement avec l'importation de voitures Mazda, dont il est devenu le représentant en Guinée. Très tôt, son sens aigu des affaires et son dynamisme légendaire se sont manifestés dans les secteurs les plus inattendus. Passionné de musique, il a organisé dans les années 90 le prestigieux Gala International de Conakry, gérant le patrimoine et les tournées de l'icône sud-africaine "Mama Africa", Miriam Makeba, dans une relation très intime.
