hmm, with lion, jay and dove (who dies young and is reincarnated into dovewing for the prophecy to be fulfilled) being mothpool’s litter, maybe lion’s name should be changed completely. it’s currently lionsong, but with the jay and dove having bird names, it’d make a lot more sense for lion to have a bird prefix too. what do ya think? i’ll drop some options below! i think for some of these the suffix could be changed to -call and it sounds better and keeps the same spirit as -song.

Garthrash: Multicolored tom with blue eyes and a white flash on his chest.

Garthrash is a loyal ally of Kitecall, essentially being her bodyguard. His Clan is unknown, as is Kitecall’s, but it is known he is out to avenge Cicadastar (at least somewhat). Abilitywise, he is strong and it takes a lot to knock him down. He is strongest in sandy environments, using it to blind his opponents for a hefty blow. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kitecall: pale Turkish Van with intense blue eyes.

Kitecall has a strong connection to StarClan. She is able to walk in other cats’ dreams, and is thought to be able to affect time itself. Angry at Thunderstar’s methods of leadership and actions against her son, Cicadastar, she seeks to avenge his soul as well as set Thunderstar straight once more. Kitecall believes that the destiny of the Four (once Five) Clans is entirely set in her paws. She is close to Garthrash and her daughter, Crowstar. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Crowstar: Dilute torbie with light green eyes.

Crowstar is surprisingly powerful. Life seems to blossom around her pawsteps. She is the sister to Cicadastar and daughter of Kitecall. It is unknown if she was ever a true leader as a founder alongside her brother, or if she gave herself the leader title upon entering StarClan. Her intentions returning to the Clans are unknown, but she is close to her mother which cats do not trust. Her motives seem less vengeful as opposed to her cohorts.

Ask you anything you say? 👀 I love these characters and I have been following you for so long and I just... they have my entire heart. Don't think I've ever gotten THIS attached to a fanclan by someone I don't know lmao.

I have so many questions about all these funky fellas- but I won't throw them at you all at once! Think you can tell us more about Friskyfoot, Flashpaw, and Burnpaw? I don't think I've seen them (or at least not much if they are here) on the blog so far?

Friskyfoot is the mate of Kitecall and Flashpaw and Burnpaw are their two kits. Burnpaw got her name from the marking on her side that looks like a large burn. She has a very fiery temperament, unafraid to speak her mind and live her truth. This eventually earns her the warrior name Burnblaze, though it takes a long time for her to get it because JaggedClan falls apart while she's still an apprentice. She really looks up to Lichenstrike and considers her an older sister even though they're technically not related (Lichen's father had a litter with Kite, so Burn sees this as a reason to call them family)

Flashpaw is more reserved than his sister. He's generally friendly but can tend to look down on others for petty things. He thinks his sister's admiration of Lichenstrike is unearned. He also thinks his half brother Cavernpaw is a prick that's just trying to suck up to his dad and get under Lichenstrike's skin. Flashpaw is friends with his other half brothers Dewpaw and Cloudpaw though. He gets the warrior name Flashfur but also gets it late. Burnpaw thinks he's too apathetic about the dismantling of their clan and he should fight for something

Nettleedge, warrior of JaggedClan

Partner of Sharpthorn and Kitecall; father of Lichenstrike, Nightfox, Ravineheart, Cloudpaw, Dewpaw, and Cavernpaw

Like Sharpthorn, Nettleedge felt unsatisfied with the position of JaggedClan and felt that it had a weak group of warriors. He spent a lot of time with Sharpthorn talking about how great JaggedClan could be, if only Dawnstar weren’t so soft. The pair decided that they would raise warriors to spark the flame in the Clan once more and pick the most promising one to push towards leadership. Thus, they had Lichenkit, Ravinekit, and Nightkit.

Determined to have as many potential warriors as possible, Nettleedge also approached young warrior Kitecall. He convinced her that she would be the most useful if she would bear his children and raise them to be strong and fierce. Still rather young at the time, Kitcall eventually accepted the proposal, believing his words as a more seasoned warrior, although it took some time for her to do so. Nettleedge was never demanding of Kitecall or harmed her, but he basically just got her pregnant and never interacted with her. He does come around to pay a visit to his kids, Cavernkit, Cloudkit, and Dewkit, but he doesn’t see much potential in any of them.

Nettleedge has a rocky, unstable relationship with his six children. He never acted like a father and never wanted to be a father. He just wanted apprentices that carried his strong warrior blood. None of his children really like him, though they do try to impress him during their kithood and apprenticehood. Nettleedge is also known to use the other litter to his advantage in getting his kids to do what he says. “If you don’t improve fast, I’ll leave you for your half sisters/brothers instead.”

The warrior also has an admiration for Eaglefeather of Sunclan, for being a strong no-nonsense warrior that also wants a change in the Clans.
