Ladyhawke AU!Klamille/Klaroline (depending on the preferance)
Two lovers were cursed, making him a wolf by night, and her a hawk by day, creatures with no memory of their human existence. Always together, eternally apart. As long as the sun rises and sets, as long as there is day and night. And for as long as they both shall live.
Are there even people who ever watched this movie besides me?

KLAROLINE: ANCIENT ROME AU
In which Klaus is a gladiator recruited by the commander general of the Felix Legions, Caroline Forbius to join her ranks after he showcases his deadly intelligence in the art of tactical combat in an arena tournament.
Basically a 100 layers of forbidden romance set in Ancient Rome between a commander general and a slave turned gladiator turned warrior.
Or the Weird Reverse Gladiator AU I’m kinda sorta obssessed with.

Klaroline Fic: The Wolf III Chapter 2
Summary: Months after their return to New Orleans, Klaus and Caroline try to settle into a semblance of normalcy, while Elijah struggles to forgive his brother's sins. But a mysterious prophecy that foretells the downfall of the Mikaelson family brings them all together in a war that will reopen ancient wounds and see each of the siblings doomed: one by friend, one by foe and one by family.
[It's The Originals Season 3, but Caroline had Klaus' baby, now she's a vampire and they are back in New Orleans after a stint in Mystic Falls. It's mostly about Klaroline, obviously.]

S03E02 You Hung the Moon ✨
It's funny how after one thousand years on this earth, a quiet night in still feels like a blessing. He does get many nights in, truth be told, but they are rarely ever quiet. Beneath the surface, things are never as serene as they seem. No rest for the wicked, indeed.
Klaus nurses a drink on his balcony as he contemplates the events of the previous evening, and how likely - or unlikely - it is to make his life annoyingly harder for the foreseeable future. Strangely, he feels neither blessed nor serene. The uproar inside of him is one to rival the fervor of the French Quarter streets.
He's yet to disclose his inopportune encounter with Lucien to anyone, let alone the seance he took part in. He doesn't know what to make of it yet - whether to shrug it off as a badly engineered prank, or to give it any serious consideration. And if he chooses to go with the latter, then what does it even implicate? How is one supposed to act upon receiving a cryptic foreboding message about the downfall of one's entire family? He assumes killing everything and everyone just to be on the safe side is not on the menu, much to his chagrin. But that leaves him at an impasse. He doesn't think the family can survive another hit such as this so soon. They've barely recovered from last year's, bruises are still tender.
His thoughts are interrupted by a strange whiff in the air - definitely Elijah, but tainted by a characteristic foulness he's become more familiar with than he would've ever wished.
"Ah… I thought I smelled swamp," he says by means of a greeting, turning around to see his brother's surly figure standing there like a ghoul. "Taking a stroll across the Bayou, brother?"
Elijah's smile is blank and sharp. "We have a problem. Or should I say… You have a problem."
