i just don't understand how we're gonna move around that place. i don't even know how we're gonna get from the track to the hotel. it's gonna be such a compact spot with so many people, but i think it's gonna be wild. it's gonna be a wild experience.

the best thing is just to go with an open mind and not having any pre-determined ideas of what it's going to be like and just take it all in when you get there. driving in the nightlights, i'm gonna feel like i'm in the casino movie, so, pretty cool. people are going to be coming in from all over for the grand prix and it's great that each city in america gives a different atmosphere but the one thing is that they've got amazing fans. they're hardcore sporting fans in the united states. it's such a fucking huge place and there's something for everyone there. if you wanna be in the mountains, you wanna be in the countryside, you wanna be in the city, you got new york, the coolest city ever. and vegas which is kind of big playground for adults.

haha actually not at all, but it was my first goal on defense! i came down from the blue line to win a puck race and i and got a shot off from the wall and i watched it sail all the way across the ice and straight past the goalie’s pad! went down on the scoresheet as unassisted. even better, it was a RESPONSE GOAL during the same shift the other team scored on! and also we won the game.
