Roller Compactor is integrated of compacting, crushing and granulating process, can effectively reduce the content of fine powder in the granles, improve the quality of granules and increase the capacity of granulation, so as to make a good preparation for the subsequent tablet pressing, capsule filling processes or granules product. Main Structure and Innovation of Our Roller Compactor
Smooth-feeding Stirring Hopper
Smooth-feeding Stirring Hopper The first issue to be solved for dry granulation is that the powder feeding is not smooth. Our company has two patents in the stirring feed device, which are respectively the Feed Mechanism with Compaction Device (patent number: ZL201320868375.0) and the Hopper Feed Mechanism (patent number: ZL201320581372.9). Using these two devices can effectively improve feed efficiency. Stirring feed device can ensure the stable feeding of materials; The feeding box is arranged in a vertical way to prevent the material from bridging. The natural exhaust channel allows the air to be discharged naturally to ensure the stable feeding materials.The compaction device ensures reliable sealing and convenient disassembly and assembly.
Uniform-feeding Screw Feeder
The material needs to be steadily and evenly fed to the compactiong area through the screw feeder. The screw feeding device of our company has two patented technologies, which are the Vacuum Exhaust Device of Feeding Mechanism of Roller Cpmpactor (patent number: ZL201420776419.1) and Double Screw Feeding Structure of Roller Comapctor (patent number: ZL201420736564.7), can effectively reduce the air content in the material, increase the compactness of the material, increase output of granulation. Parallel arrangement of double screws ensure the uniformity of material feeding, which is suitable for material feeding of large roller. Different types of screw feeder can be selected to adapt to different materials.
Stable Roller Compacting Unit
The roller compacting Unit is the core mechanism of the roller compactor. We optimize the structure of the roller compacting mechanism to ensure the stable pressure and uniform material density in the roller compacting process. Closed-loop control of roller gap ensures the consistency of flake thickness. Special structure of hydraulic device or roller double support structure can meet the requirements of high pressure. By special heat treatment, the rollers with a variety of surface patterns can adapt different powder materials.
