ESSENTIAL STAR WARS LEGENDS/EXPANDED UNIVERSE BOOKS. 

Many people have asked for that, so I decided to do a list with the essential novels and comics of the EU/Legends. This is my personal opinion and I have a very bad memory too so I guess, I haven’t included many others, so if you think there’s a book or any other EU content that should be on this list too, please, just let me know and I’ll put them on this list.

Obviously, I haven’t read all the books of the EU and tbh I’m not a fan of anything related to Rise of the Empire era, prequels, and The Clone Wars. All my favorite content is from Rebellion Era and post-ROTJ.

I’d seen the quote about Wedge not being able to lose a battle even when he tried and was ready to make jokes about it, but given the full context, I’m just more struck by the sheer hilarity of an allied SSD showing up to turn the tide of battle and save the day literally the only time ever that’s something we don’t want.

God knows I love this author, but I just do not Vibe with some of his writing choices.

So Wedge and Tycho are both chronically unable to run their battle command operations while sitting down. Why does this delight me??

The authors keep throwing in these tiny little casually intimate moments where the couples help each other get dressed, and I am so weak for that stuff.

If anybody needs me I’ll be the one huddled in the corner rocking and muttering “The Force Awakens is Rebel Dream. Rebel Dream is The Force Awakens.”

I’m just cry, okay? This book is gonna be wall-to-wall smile-cry emojis. And also fevered screaming (negative), I’ll wager, because it’s still an NJO book.
