This results in 22 flights in one year. This year 2019 I need to make some progress but most likely I will travel less but will pick up some richer, more expensive and advanced destinations such as Japan, Shanghai or Australia. 

I also run out of passport pages. The passport was issued in February 2015, London, and by the end of 2018 I had like one-two pages left - not enough to extend a visa! Hence I needed to go to the czech embassy and request for new one. PS: People in Malaysia has passport with more than 10 extra pages! Our passport is really short!

ANEH! Korban Selamat Ngaku Seperti Ada yang Mendorong Jatuh ke Laut Terungkap sudah alasan dua penumpang KMP Marina Primera terjun ke perairan Selat Lombok saat kapal melaju dari pelabuhan Lembar, NTB ke Pelabuhan Padangbai, Bali, Jumat (12/2) sore lalu. Ternyata korban tewas yang teridentifikasi bernama Siti, stress berat setelah sang suami yang akan ditemuinya di Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) telah meninggal dunia. Sebagaimana diberitakan, Siti dan sang Suryati alias Noni nekat terjun bebas ke selat Lombok saat kapal masih tengah berlayar. Siti pun ditemukan tewas, sementara Suryati ditemukan dalam kondisi lemas dan kini masih mendapat perawatan di RSUD Amlapura. Menurut Kapolsek Kawasan Laut Padangbai, Kompol I Made Suadnyana, saat kejadian berlangsung tidak ada yang melihat pasti. Namun, yang pasti keduanya berada di pinggir kapal. Dari penuturan korban yang selamat yakni Suryati, pertama kali yang menceburkan diri ke laut adalah dirinya sendiri. “Dari pengakuannya seperti ada yang mendorong. Padahal di pinggiran kapal sudah ada pembatas dan penutup setinggi satu meter. Sementara menantunya yang meninggal ini yang berjarak hanya dua meter sedang menelpon. Kemungkinan korban yang meninggal refleks melihat mertuanya menceburkan diri sehingga ingin menolong dan ikut tercebur ke laut,” terang Kompol Suadnyana. Dulu saat pelabuhan Gili Mas dalam tahap akhir pembangunan, saya sempat ada disini 7 hari untuk membawa peralatan proyek milik PT PP. Dan hari ini, selasa 5 November 2019 pagi, jadi hari bersejarah bagi Pelabuhan Gili Mas Lombok. Ini adalah kali pertama Gili Mas yang baru selesai dibangun PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) disandari kapal. Abdullah,M.Tn brought the 40 children he takes care of from the Dusun Penjalin orphanage to CircusAid’s Seni Sirkus program at the Medana Bay Marina in Northern Lombok yesterday. Their enthusiasm and sweet eyes made my day. Thank you Janna Makaeva and Greg Swisher for the stencils that served as a lovely calming activity that the girls took great pride in creating. Thank you Sab Nem for jumping in as slackline teacher; providing a safe space for the children to test their balance. Meta Medd for feeding the kids and Gabe Knox Monson for getting the kids ready for circus activities with coordination and focus building games. Travel Blog South Thailand

Feels so good to finally away again. Found cheap flight to  Phuket on November, I bought one way ticket for me and my friend. Time sure flies, it’s finally March and I haven’t buy my return ticket.

It was 8 days abroad. We flew from Jakarta to Singapore and slept in the airport. It was my second time sleeping in Singapore Airport, the first time was in September on my own. Wasn’t nice sleep we had, because some Indian suddenly came and making noises at 3 AM.

We move our asses to another place, less Indian, more sleeper.At 6 AM, we  watched sunrise at Sunflower Garden. I know Singapore airport has cinema, swimming pool, some nice garden, etc. That’s why one night in Changi Airport is a must.

We finally  flew to Phuket with sleepless mood and back pain. I booked Hotel in Kata Town, I didn’t want to stay in Patong on our first day, because it’s more crowded. We arrived at Kata Villa Hotel, the hotel was nice with good price and location.

Things to do in Kata:

1. Chalong Temple 

2. Big Buddha

You can rent motorbike cost around THB 250 - 300 to visit this place. Nice view to Phuket Town and Kata Beach. This place take around 30 mins from Chalong Temple and 45 mins from Kata Town.

3. Promteph Cape

This beach is  located in the very south of Phuket,there is no shore here, you can’t swim. but indeed the view is great.

We did little trekking to another side of the beach to catch this view.

Phi Phi Island

Such a beauty paradise God served us right when we arrived in Phi Phi. Took almost 2 hours from Phuket pier to Phi Phi Island. Big rock everywhere. The water just perfectly blue. We arrived in Phi Phi and paid for THB 20 for entrance fee.

There is no vehicle at all in Phi Phi. Reminds me of Gili Island, Lombok. Bar and tattoo place is everywhere. Also this cheap mixed booze name Bucket is everywhere!  Price is depends on what brand you want.

We stayed at Uphill Cottage. Took thousand stairs to climb (kidding!),but truly yes it hurts like hell when you bring big luggage in your back. I don’t have picture of our room and balcony (this is why we pick this hotel and willing to climb for the view). This is from Google.

Maya Bay

One reason I visited Phi Phi is I watched The Beach. I said to myself while watching that movie “I’m going there someday”. I took one day trip to explore small island around Phi Phi. It was one of the best scenery I saw in life. We surrounded by super big rock. I was like watching super High Definition movie. Like back to before century time (although I never been there before).

There is so many option of what you can do in Phi Phi. Travel agencies usually offer half day and full day tour. There’s also party boat that offered all you can drink booze on the boat that cost around THB 2,000. Island you visit is also variant, depends on tour agency you choose. 

Early morning of the next day, we went to Phi Phi view point. It also took thousand stairs to climb and countless steps to finally reach the view of Phi Phi Island. Estimation time is around 20 mins to reach this place by walk . 

Krabi

Paradise is almost over. This is our last stop in Thailand. We arrived in Krabi Pier and sail to Railay Beach. We stayed in Phutawan Hotel. Also we need to walk to reach the hotel. But the hotel was the best hotel we stayed during our trip. The pool, bed, view, bathroom & hot water is ah-mazing!

We went to west Railay, and chill before we move to Krabi Town. I think all the beaches in South Thailand looks same.

Nearby the hotel there is Diamond Cave, which there is no diamond at all, only bats.

Krabi Town

Yes we’re back in town. Krabi Town is only town and market. We shop here and hang out in cool coffee shop and start talking about how much money we spent. Kind of talk I don’t like.

Singapore

We stayed in Singapore for one night. We stayed in Hostel, sharing with other 10 girls due to money we had is less than $100. As we always stayed in hotel, now we are in sharing room, I can’t throw my heavy bag and its contents to everywhere I want. 

This is the rooftop of our Hostel, Shophouse The Social Hostel. The have TV, PS 3, Netflix and some books. Our hostel location is in Arab Street, near by Haji Lane street, the hipster street in Singapore.

We wanted to go to Marina Bay to see light show, we walked around 2 hours and ended up in wrong Garden by the Bay. And also there was 2 Thailand girls who join with us to go to Marina Bay. They seemed pissed because I said I know the way but we ended in East Garden by the Bay. But the view was okay.

We flew back next day, with broken heart and pain on our entire body. Our 8 days away was super tight! We moved every 2 days, made some friends, mostly from Germany and Thai. Every trip I made always lead me to new destination. 2 weeks after I Impulsively bought ticket to Nepal in August. Surely can’t wait for it!
