Let me be honest — when I first enrolled in LPU’s distance learning program, I thought, “How tough can it be? Online assignments toh mast smooth challenge.” ...Spoiler alert: I was wrong. 😂

From juggling job hours to managing assignments, quizzes, and back-to-back deadlines — it felt like I was part of some time-management Olympics.
But don’t worry — I survived it, and I’ve got some real-deal tips that saved me (and might save you too).
When LPU Assignments Hit You Like a Truck 
It all started with my first semester. I logged in late at night (because #workinglife), and boom — three assignments pending, deadlines blinking like red lights, and no clue where to start.
LPU assignments aren’t rocket science, but they aren’t spoon-fed either. You actually have to read the modules, understand the pattern, and structure answers in a certain format. And yes, plagiarism is a big NO. 🙅‍♂️
My Mini Survival Guide for LPU Assignments 
Here’s what worked for me:
1. Start Early (Even if It's Just a Draft)
Don’t wait for motivation. Just open the doc and type anything — even if it’s nonsense. Trust me, editing is easier than starting.
2. Use Your Modules Smartly
Instead of copying word-by-word, read, understand, and rephrase. This saves you from plagiarism and helps in internal viva too.
3. Saved by Solved Papers & Previous Assignments
I found a goldmine of LPU solved assignments online. They were like compass guides — not to copy, but to understand what kind of answers fetch marks.

The project report part was the trickiest.
I had an idea, a rough structure, and lots of motivation. What I didn’t have? Time. 😩
If you’re doing an IMT CDL project, start early, even if it’s just topic selection. Choose something you’re actually interested in — makes research less boring.
Also — don’t underestimate the power of a proper index, bibliography, and summary page. IMT gives marks for structure too, not just content.
My 5 Golden Hacks for Assignment Survival 
Google smarter, not harder – Use keywords like “LPU assignment sample 2024 PDF” or “NMIMS solved assignment MBA Term 1”.
Make a cheat-sheet – Not to cheat, but to save time. Jot down module highlights and key points.
Group chats help – Find 2-3 serious students. Discuss doubts, swap ideas. Don’t go solo all the time.
Back up everything – Save your assignments on Google Drive. Laptops crash when you least expect it.
Celebrate small wins – Finished one assignment? Treat yourself with chai or a Netflix episode. You’ve earned it.

3. How do I choose a good topic for the IMT CDL project?
Pick something you can research easily. Also, choose topics that have existing references online. Saves time.
4. Is copying from solved papers risky?
Yes. Use them as a guide only. Rephrase everything in your own words to avoid plagiarism issues.
5. How can I manage assignments with a full-time job?
Plan on weekends, do 30-minute sprints on weekdays. Even 1 hour a day is enough if you're consistent.
