When Blitz, Penny, and Crumbs grew up and pursued their own interests, their one mutual love was Buckball. Inspired by the presence of their Aunt Pinkie Pie, family friend Fluttershy, and Snails throughout their childhood, the Appledash twins and the Sugarmac boy always dreamed of forming their own Buckball team, and after Penny finally graduated college, their dream became a reality.

With Blue Stem on offense, Cider Blitz on defense, and Crumble Sweets as catcher, team Sweet Apple Acres were practically unstoppable (except for by team Ponyville, because, duh). They’ve only played local, unofficial games against unprofessional teams (except for team Ponyville, because, duh), but their big dream for the team is to take it pro.

Cider Blitz

Race: Pegasus

History:

-A couple years after his parents got married, they decided to have foals. With the help of an anonymous donor (who, judging by Stem and Blitz's builds, was likely a massive BEEFCAKE), Applejack and Rainbow Dash were able to have twins. Rainbow Dash was thrilled upon finding that her son was a pegasus, as she always wanted to teach her potential foal how to fly. Over time, Cider Blitz and Blue Stem took to calling Applejack "Ma" and Rainbow Dash "Mum" to differentiate the two.

-He was really close to his cousin Crumble, them being the only non-earth pony offspring in their immediate family at the time.

-Like many Apple Family members born on the farm, Blitz and Stem worked in the orchard a lot growing up. Blitz especially loved working with his ma to prepare for Cider Season. Because he was so dedicated to working on the farm, he was allowed to drop out of school before sixth grade. While Blue Stem stayed at school discovering an affinity for art, Blitz stayed at home and helped his family prepare for the big apple sale seasons. He got his cutie mark, a jug of cider with wings and a lightning bolt, when he made his first pot of cider all on his own during the Cider Season when they had graduated fifth grade, and it was at the exact same time Stem would earn her cutie mark.

-Blitz would turn out to be a very effective worker on the farm, and when he would get done with his morning chores, Rainbow Dash and Applejack thought it would be a good idea for him to work at the Cutie Mark Sanctuary. It was there that Blitz met Nightly Storm, who happened to be dating his sister's friend Golden Strokes. They got along well, but as they were both strong in flight and general muscle, they would sometimes get into stupid competitions. It became an inside joke among the Sanctuary regulars. History

-While Rainbow Dash was away for a Wonderbolt's tour, Applejack stayed on the farm pregnant with their children. About a month into the three-month tour, she and her brother were born. A week before the tour's completion, Applejack decided to visit her wife in Fillydelphia and show off their children. Upon meeting her children, Rainbow Dash immediately dropped from the tour and went home to help take care of them. As they grew up, Cider Blitz and Blue Stem took to calling Applejack "Ma" and calling Rainbow Dash "Mum" to differentiate the two.

-Like many apple family members born on the farm, Blue Stem and Cider Blitz grew up working on the orchard. However, at school, Stem met Golden Strokes and Two Pair. Strokes inspired Stem to take up art, and she got her cutie mark; a blue pen drawing a lightning bolt. It was at the exact same time that Blitz would get his cutie mark for working at Sweet Apple Acres.

-Unlike her brother, Stem stayed at school for the full 13 years. She grew very close to Strokes and Two Pair and they ended up becoming inseparable.

-After graduating, Blue Stem would sit around the farm doodling, contemplating wether she wanted to stay on the farm and work part time as a freelance artist, or go to college and make artistry a career. One day, she got bored and sat outside the barn doodling and watching her family work. While Applejack worked on the trees, Stem decided to draw her mom in the various poses she took when kicking. Upon doing this, Stem realized that she had managed to make an image move by simply drawing it. Excitedly, she tried a walk cycle, and then a pony taking flight. Blue Stem had discovered animation.

History

-Nightly and her brother were born in Canterlot to Mountain Mist and an unknown mare. Their mother never wanted children, and could only put up with having one child, her son Cumulus Chariot, for a while before getting pregnant again. After giving birth to her second child, Nightly Storm, a year after Cumulus was born, their mother up and disappeared. Mountain Mist doesn't like talking about her.

-She started flying when she was about 6, two years slower than her brother.

-When Nightly was 10, she begged her dad to sign her up for the Foal's Flight Race specially held on the Wonderbolt's track. It was pretty expensive, but Mountain Mist ended up signing both of his kids up for it. Nightly won 1st out of 26th place while Cumulus made 11th. It was also during this race that Nightly earned her cutie mark, a blue lightning bolt in front of the crescent moon, two years before her brother did.

-At 12 years old she was attacked by a drunk stallion with a knife, who cut her across the chest. Not too deep to hit the heart, but just deep enough to scar. She was immediately saved by her brother, resulting in the event that got him his cutie mark. This was also the event that led to her starting to wear bandanas to cover the scar.

-When Nightly was in 8th grade and Cumulus was in 9th, Mountain Mist came down with a fatal illness. He would end up dying two years later, and Cumulus would have to take care of himself and Nightly. They both picked up multiple jobs and worked long shifts, eventually dropping out of school in order to sustain themselves.

-Once Cumulus was 18 years old and went to the Royal Guard Academy with his friend Silver Sword, Nightly had to move somewhere else. Luckily, just a cheap ole train ride away was Ponyville, which just happened to be home to the Cutie Mark Sanctuary. CMS is an activity center that provides day camps and gives ponies with less than ideal home lives a place to stay and wind down while exploring their talents. -She was hired at the sanctuary as a gym activities coach. She plans weight training routines, coaches the flight track classes, and assists in martial arts. As a perk of working at CMS, Nightly was gifted a special bandana with the CMC's cutie mark colors.

-One summer, when the day camps opened up, Scootaloo put Nightly on reception duty. A particular golden pegasus dropping off her nephew happened to catch Nightly's eye. She was immediately flustered by the mare and during the course of the day would try to get any information she could about her out of her nephew. Turned out the golden mare's name was Golden Strokes, she was the same age as Nightly (19 at the time) and was a student at the Ponyville Creation Institute. And, yes, she was single. After a few visits to the sanctuary, Nightly finally mustered up the courage to make a move on Golden Strokes. After a few dates between them, Nightly then got to meet Strokes's other friends other than their prior mutual one, Blue Stem; there was Burner, a thespian with a slew of new plays under his belt, Shiver Snowhoof, a fashion designer with a strange affinity for scarves, and Two Pair, a scarily lucky gambling addict who loves to host gaming sessions, usually being O&O or Poker.

-One autumn weekend, a pegasus stallion named Cider Blitz had offered to help out at the sanctuary. He was the son of two of the strongest mares in Ponyville, and even by their standards he was a beefcake. Because of this, he would often be seen helping Nightly in the weights room. The two hit it off pretty well, but they would constantly compete in increasingly ridiculous games. Their rivalry became an inside joke among the sanctuary regulars and during the sleep away camps the foals would sometimes spend their free time seeing what antics the two would get up to next.

Cumulus Chariot

History

-He grew up in Canterlot with his sister and his dad. He never knew his mom and never tried to know anything about her. His sister, on the other hoof, would sometimes try to pry answers out of Mountain Mist, but Cumulus would always attempt to put a stop to her questions, knowing how it made their dad feel.

-He started flying when he was four, but when his sister reached that age and was still grounded, he tried all he could to help her fly. She ended up flying when she was six.

-When he was 11 his sister got her cutie mark, and until he got his two years later he would recieve constant light-hearted teasing from Nightly.

-When he finally got his cutie mark, he'd wished it was under better circumstances. One day when he was out in the town with his sister and his friend Silver Sword, a drunk stallion jumped out and attacked them. Cumulus and Silver both rushed to protect Nightly, and it was this event that earned both of them their cutie marks. It was also this event that sparked their interest in becoming royal guards. Needless to say, Mountain Mist was very proud and impressed.

-When he was 15, his dad was diagnosed with a fatal illness. Mountain Mist would end up dying a few months after Cumulus turned 16, leaving him and his sister to take care of themselves. They both dropped out of school and started picking up odd jobs around town so they can, y'know, live.

-At 18 years, Cumulus and Silver Sword were finally old enough to join the Royal Guard Academy. Before they left Cumulus told his sister to move somewhere she could continue to take care of herself without the stress of Canterlot weighing on her. They completed their training together and began working in Canterlot Palace.

-On one of their off days, Cumulus and Silver decided to check out a charity concert in town. They recognized the lead singer of one of the bands as one of their best friends from before Cumulus and Nightly had dropped out of school. After the concert, they stuck behind to catch up with their old friend, Trident. They met the rest of the band (called Ocean Lords). There was Mixer, an orange unicorn in charge of technical effects and digital beats, Power Chord, the bassist and guitarist who flies above the stage for cool solos, and Amp, the drummer. The six of them started hanging out regularly and after a few weeks Trident started dating Cumulus.
