In 2008 ISRO launched the Chandrayaan 1 satellite to the moon. It was a great success for India. After that, ISRO's scientists had the desire to know about Mars so they started to research to make a satellite but when the progress came big they slid from the mission the reasons are very much because there a few space agencies have done Mars missions and only 50% missions have successfully done because it was not easy like moon mission because of the rocket. The Mars mission wants a powerful rocket but ISRO's PSLV rocket is not powerful enough for the Mars mission Its payload capacity is 1300kg the payload capacity of NASA's Mars mission rocket is 7000kg. The last problem is the mission's cost NASA and other famous space agencies' average cost of a Mars mission is $500 million which means an Indian rupee of 37,17,02,50,000. But Mars planet desire ISRO's scientists didn't give up. To short cost, they do many ways but all the way didn't short cost. In the last the ISRO scientists mind came a plan which was the start of the Mangalyaan mission . 2 years they researched to make a satellite. 2012 the full details of the project they given to Manmohan Singh and he gave permission to start this project that year. The budget of $74 was bearable for to India do this with their rocket PSLV rocket. Now we can look at how they cut this much cost , how they do this with PSLV rocket .

India's space agency, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), is gearing up for its next mission to the moon, Chandrayaan-3. The previous mission, Chandrayaan-2, faced setbacks when the lander crashed on the lunar surface. However, ISRO is determined to learn from their mistakes and make Chandrayaan-3 a success. The mission will include a lander, rover, and orbiter, and will aim to study the lunar surface and its composition. ISRO has set
