He was the first monarch of the House of Stewart as the son of Walter Stewart, 6th High Steward of Scotland, and of Marjorie Bruce, daughter of the Scottish king Robert the Bruce by his first wife Isabella of Mar. 2nd 📸 - Year 1409, John II of Alençon. the son of John I of Alençon and his wife Marie of Brittany, Lady of La Guerche (1391–1446), daughter of John V, Duke of Brittany, and Joan of Navarre. He succeeded his father as Duke of Alençon and Count of Perche as a minor in 1415, after the latter's death at the Battle of Agincourt. 3rd 📸 - Year 1432, Birth of Countess Palatine Margaret of Mosbach. the eldest daughter of Count Palatine Otto I of Mosbach and his wife, Johanna of Bavaria-Landshut.
