There's a bakery Stephen frequents every evening after his duty is finished in the hospital. It sells various pastries with an authentic taste he couldn't find anywhere else in the city--that, and the fact that it's just down the street of Metro General. Sometimes he drops by at lunch or in the morning to pick up a quick meal, but he likes to take his time enjoying them so he rarely ever does. Sometimes he goes off work a little too late and has to deal with a croissant-less day; which, for him, is a horrible, no good, absolutely ruined day.

Amy's Sweet Haven, was its name. Stephen vaguely recognises the baker, Amy, who also happens to own and run the place.

See, Stephen doesn't exactly identify himself as a very social person. For networking, sure; he's got plenty of communication skills to expand his connections in case he ever needs them.

But actually socialising? He's a neurosurgeon, he's not got much time for that now, does he?

But he finds that conversing with Amy isn't half bad. Well, it isn't bad at all. Their interactions have been brief and stiffly friendly, so far, however.

So when he drops off the hospital, coffee in hand and slightly disheveled from his last (and very successful, which is of course expected from one Doctor Strange) surgery, still in his scrubs and feeling exhaustion creeping into his vision, he knows he needs Amy's signature croissant. He can practically imagine the butter melting in his tongue.

He steps into the bakery, feeling the warmth wrapping him up contrasting against the cold outside, and knows he's in for a treat.

"Evening," he mumbles, "Are there any croissants left?" He stifles a yawn. Fuck, he's exhausted.

🍎 [RED APPLE] Who does your OC value above all else? She can't choose between them, but she values her parents the most! She has a very close relationship with both of them, and she would be so, so devastated if something happened to either of them. She doesn't get sad often, but seeing her mother sad breaks her heart.

🍑 [PEACH] How do they show their kindness? How kind are they truly?

She is the Mom Friend™. She's always looking out for her friends and checking in on them, and she tries to build up their confidence if it's needed. She'll also call them out (in love) if they mess up or are acting out. If she sees someone bullying them, she'll stick up for them because she has 0 tolerance for cruelty. She's overall generally kind, and tries to help others out, sometimes being a bit of a meddler. She won't go out of her way to be mean to someone, even if she dislikes them, but she will become pretty cold and distant.

🧅 [ONION] What is surefire to make your OC cry? Who knows of this information?

If her parents, especially her mom, are harmed or if she sees either of them are going through something that she can't help them with. Seeing grievous physical harm come to her friends would also make her cry. All of her close, loved ones know of this.

Another thing that would make her cry is if her years of botany notes were destroyed :') she'd be inconsolable for a bit, even if she had copies made.

None of my ocs would commit the grave sin of putting pineapple on pizza 😤 (jk jk some of them have to have different tastes than me)

It's not her favorite, or an immediate go-to, but if someone ordered it, she'd eat it.

🍐 [PEAR] What is their current social standing? If they could change it, would they, and to what?

Kjersti's pretty popular at work, has a few guys who have a crush on her or find her attractive. She's only dated her ex-boyfriend, Jonas, so far and hasn't expressed any interest in any other men just yet. She's generally likeable outside of work, but there's people that are going to have beef with her for whatever reason or are jealous of her ease of learning languages or confidence. She doesn't really have any interest in changing her social standing because she's not overwhelmed, and she wouldn't care about it being elevated anymore.
