Old arts!! These are from a month or so ago, because I wandered head first into the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command fandom! :’>

Some alien designs I made were redesigned to try and fit a more simplified style, and some characters where made kind of with the show in mind?? But I also still want to be able to use them outside of a fandom space!

Cirrus: (Who a lot of you already know) I gave a Blosc au to, because I love them a ridiculous amount and I keep putting them into shenanigans <3

Mellum: Golden retriever energy, if a golden retriever was a squishy sea angel / manta ray creeture with see through skin.

Duessa: Inspired by gorgons and the dnd beholder. A very smart and sassy lady with one heck set of chompers. I call her shork bite force lady <3<3<3 She also has a human-oid disguise to run around with! (Because she is a crook kinda sorta)

Loomis Gloomstone: Sad bad man. Super espresso, depresso, sees everything in a negative light.

youngest of two children, solvi and her brother theo, were often neglected by their parents -- owners of a couple of hotels across the country, they spent most of the time alongside maids or their aunt.

a talented dancer and overall intelligent kid, most imagined sol would have a bright future -- unlike her brother, a known troublemaker and addict.

supportive, she'd often take care of him through their years in college. they were best friends and confidants, so it was no surprise sol's world fell to pieces when she found him dead in his apartment.

her parents coped as they could -- leaving the city for a bigger one where no one would've heard of theo's tragic fate. yet solvi chose to stay -- all too attached to starlight oaks and those she knew.

ditching college, the mellum would dive into dancing for relieve. ballet seemed no longer to fit her taste, leaving space for pole dancing -- something she fell in love with.

a known exotic dancer in town, she'd also take a work as a bartender to help with bills. it wasn't the easiest life, yet she enjoyed every second of it -- perhaps in honor of theo.

🥊 for Deimos and Mellum!

What do they love to do? - What do they hate to do?

Deimos:

Dei-Dei really enjoys picking on his brothers, pushing their buttons, (Barbeus especially) and he really really enjoys scaring the living hell out the humans and lesser demons that reside in the cities his brothers watch over. He enjoys that folks are terrified of him and wouldn’t have it any other way. He also has an evil enjoyment of being a divine punishment of sorts. Somebody messed up big time if they have a private chat with him, and there are only a very few number of folks that have walked away from that encounter.

While he enjoys pushing his brothers around, he does not enjoy making any kinds of decisions for the citizens of the different cities. He isn’t keen on running any kind of city or town. Even though he is the oldest and his word on certain subjects is absolute! He mostly let’s his brothers run their respected districts how they see fit. (By mostly I mean, what fun would it be to let them not have to worry about Deimos sticking his nose into their business?? Gotta do it every once in a while to show them he luffs them 💖 ) Less of a leader and more of a warring bastard that you better pick a god and pray if he ever hunts you down by name. = D

Mellum:

MELLUM IS BABY!! AND PRETTY MUCH THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THE BASTARD ABOVE HIM!!

Mellum is a very people pleasing boyo, he loves other people and does what he can to support others. A very firm believer in giving people love and caring, even if they don’t treat you with respect back. Mellum enjoys decorating his fish bowl, watching cute animal videos, silly jokes, and giving hugs! This fishy loves hugs, so, dang, much! And apparently from joking around with Mello, Mellum also likes to bake, and is strangely good at it, despite having no visable mouth. 8’D He prides himself on being a person that others can go and talk to if they need a friend or a shoulder to cry on.

Mellum dislikes when folks are distraught, or in trouble, and he will try to do whatever he can to help them. An empath to the end, he doesn’t like to feel helpless in situations concerning others. Mellum will take it as a personal flaw if he is unable to aid those around him, and he struggles with not beating himself up when there is nothing he can do. Mellum also doesn’t like when people are outwardly cruel to one another, and will try to step in to desculate arguments.

Founded by Nicholas Visscher, this work is known for the high quality of engraving, exceptionally fine ornament, and accurate geographical information. The Atlas Minor is a fine and comprehensive composite atlas, and one of a series of large atlases compiled and sold by the Visscher family of art dealers and cartographers in the 17th century. This early form of a logo is one of the key traits experts look for in identifying true Visscher maps "Hic quondam arx Mellum a Comitibus Oldenburgijs ad defesionem Visurgus et Iade extracts, posteagi, a mari ad sorbta". This is the frequent "trademark" of the Visscher cartographers - taken from their namesake. A small curiosity of this cartouche and the figures is the inclusion of a fisherman. The concept of nation-state sovereignty resulting from the treaty became known as "Westphalian sovereignty". The Peace of Westphalia of 1648, signed in Münster and Osnabrück, ended the Thirty Years' War. Parts of Westphalia came under Brandenburg-Prussian control during the 17th and 18th centuries, but most of it remained divided by duchies and other areas of feudal power. At the time this map was created, Westphalia was part of the Lower Rhenish-Westphalian Circle of the Holy Roman Empire, which comprised territories of Lower Lorraine, Frisia and parts of the former Duchy of Saxony. The map is unrestored, and thus, remains in excellent condition. The map exhibits a gorgeous original hand-coloring of the cartouches, borders outlines, and landscapes. An excellent and beautifully hand-colored map of Westphalia taken from Vissher's compiled Atlas Minor siue Geographia Compendiosa, Qua Orbis Terrarum, per paucas attamen novissimas tabulas ostenditu. (light foxing & browning along margin, center puckered tear in crease).
