About this product
Product Information The Deluxe edition of this Wii system comes in a stylish black color. This color has a beautiful shine that repels fingerprints and smudges. The plastic case is sturdy, making it a durable enough to avoid getting damaged easily. With a wide variety of titles to choose from, this accessory is perfect for gamers of all ages. Released in 2012, the Wii U is the sixth home console by the company. One of the distinguishing features of the Wii U is its controller, the Wii U GamePad. This GamePad combines an analog stick, traditional buttons, a gyroscope, and a touchscreen into one device. This second screen gives developers the flexibility to add unique features to games for the system. For example, in “NBA 2k13,” the screen allows you to call out plays with the tap of a finger quickly. In “Nintendo Land,” the screen gives you additional information about the current game. You can also transmit gameplay directly to this secondary screen. For example, if someone else wants to use the television, configure the Wii U to display the game on the GamePad instead. The Wii U is a Nintendo home console that outputs high-definition graphics. The HD graphics mean that your Nintendo video games look incredible when you play them. For example, in “New Super Mario Bros. U,” you notice details on both the heroes and villains. Games like “Pikmin 3” explode off the screen in a splash of color and vibrancy. Producer Mike Bosner recently found a paper copy of the first draft of “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical” buried in a box in his New York City apartment. “It was the first draft of this show with all my Post-it notes and little stars like, ‘Oh my god this is terrible,’ ‘This is special,’ ‘Keep this, this,’ ‘We need more of this, less of this,’ ” he recalled. “It was wild.” That draft was written more than seven years ago.
