Welllllll I just reblogged that character headcanons post—

I think it would be delightful if Dr. Kusanagi was From Osaka and spoke in the very particular way of Women From Osaka which is to say using the dialect but also being immensely blunt when you scratch the surface even a little bit

I also think it would be delightful if Rodney had something of a habit of picking up snatches of languages from the people around him and this leads to him in a situation where he has to speak Japanese and he opens his mouth and everyone is like …..?!
