Nyda Burningrick, undead protagonist of The Final Voyage of the R.S. Starbreaker, infamous astronomer of her time, died about 400 years ago at the age of 207. In her two centuries of life, she frequently traveled to observe the stars in different places and to learn more about other sciences.

There is a non-zero chance these two met at least once or read each other's papers. And knowing them, if they met, there's a non-zero chance they hooked up.
