A Moment with Romulus-Quirinus (Gudako, Romulus-Q)

He had been back in those teal robes of his, the ones that hung loose on his body and were only belted shut by the red wrap he kept around his waist. The man had found himself a quiet corner of the building to sit in, looking through something on one of the tablets for the facility workers.

She had been looking for him.

They didn’t have a mission today. She really didn’t need to be bothering him, but she wanted to be able to spend more time with the latest servant in her Chaldea. She’d become used to Romulus of old, the one that fought with a single minded focus and raised his chains towards the heavens when they won. She was used to inarticulate Romulus.

Romulus-Quirinus, on the other hand…

The man must have sensed her presence, lowering the tablet in his hands and looking over to her. The sharp features of his face smoothed. The robes adorning his person dipped a bit, finding that somehow they reached the end of his shoulders, at least on one side.

“Master, I see that you have come calling upon me. Come in. Sit.”

The man moved one of those strangely gloved hands before himself to invite her to sit in front of him.

Gudako moved without a second thought, plopping into a seat and nodding.

“Right… sit…”

She needed words.

Real words, not words she could mimic from this guy.

“I was just reviewing your records,” the god told her. He turned his head down, some of that dark blue hair falling over his shoulders. The necklace against his chest gleamed as his mouth moved. The more he spoke, the more she could see that jawline.

He was all lines and form.

Peak male body, that was for sure.

Someone could get harmed stroking his jawline. Hell, she could probably take those collarbones and keep syrup on them, lapping it up while he simply leaned back on the couch like he was and watched her.

There was a way he spoke too. It brought any gaze that sought to migrate back to his face.

His lips were so tempting.

She’d known the moment she summoned him that she’d been in royal trouble. She hadn’t had a servant pop up that was the perfect combination of strength and muscle without being what one would consider a weightlifter’s body.

Gods, but he could move those lips in a way that made her think of some damn terrible things. Maybe she needed a break. She could take a month and just veg out on the sofa or something. Go on trips with the girls for the summer again.

Maybe this is why summer is always such a girl’s adventure…

This man going on an adventure with her for the summer…

She would have been losing her mind and her body to this guy. There was a small voice that said this guy’s body on her own would mean days of being tested physically. She was pretty sure she’d drape herself across him like this teasing cloak/robe thing of his and would try to cling to his shoulders too.

“-then to have come to my singularity,” the man finished, those red eyes of his simply gleaming. “You are truly something else.”

“I like you too.”

The man paused, blinking.

“I-I mean,” Gudako paused, feeling her face heat up as she found herself saying that aloud. She needed to say something in response to him. What had he been talking about? He’d been moving his mouth and they had sat down and- “The seat is comfy.”

She was losing so much IQ in this guy’s presence.

He burned away intelligent thought.

It was no damn wonder Nero was so attached to Rome. This kind of guy being one of your people would leave anyone devoted at all costs.

“Master,” The man set aside the tablet, giving a small laugh. “Are you trying to tell me that you would like to release some stress and entertain the both of us by allowing me the permission to touch you intimately?”

She stared at him, wondering if she was allowed to say yes.

This felt like a trap.

Probably because any previous crush she’d had had turned into something similar.

The god of a man before her pat his lap again, taking the liberty of undoing the red and gold fabric around his waist. A tanned thigh met her gaze.

“There is nothing wrong with indulging, master. I was just telling you that your efforts and your time put in are to such lengths that you must have surrendered some part of your own personal aspirations or feelings. There is no conquest without some sacrifice, although some we are willing to give.”

He was talking again.

He was talking and there was a whole thigh for her to tempt her soul with.

“Master,” Romulus called again, speaking in that alluring voice of his. “You are looking at me like a starving man to a feast. I will not be selfish. Come forth and have your fill.”

Have your fill, he said. Gudako wasn’t sure what that would even be, but her hand found his and she was sitting atop that thigh of his, straddling his waist.

“Have you done this before, master?”

Gudako hesitated, finding those hands stroking at her cheeks, tilting her face to look upon his. There was heat, a warmth in his touch and in him being close.

“I am almost certain that you must have, being the conquering woman that you are. I have no doubt that you have attempted such actions. The success is no doubt based upon your chosen lucky few.”

He was closing the space between them, his lips capturing hers.

“I am not fragile,” he warned her. “My people believe in everything in abundance. Opulence and splendor are meant for you, so long as you are strong enough to grasp it. So grasp me, Master.”

His hands tightened, his lips claiming hers again. The grip was firmer, the lips against her own more demanding. She could feel her hands all but sliding down the silk-like fabric that clung to his chest. There was a cool feeling around her shoulders. She could feel her arms trapped a moment before she realized her jacket was gone. Her tanktop followed after.

His mouth was moving now, stealing her heart with stealing his lips away from hers.

She almost whined aloud, only stopping at the feeling of his mouth pressing to her jaw, to just beneath her ear.

There were hands, two of them moving along her skin. She was being traced, memorized. She could feel a burning trail from where those hands of his touched, shaking before him as those hands dared to find her chest.

The lips at her ear only whispered breathily to her.

“Tell me, Gudako-“

“Take it.”

Take it and take her.

The fabric on his shoulders seemed to fall like that. The abs and chest that met her gaze as she was laid back on the couch promising that this wouldn’t be a half minute affair.

Those hands were running down her chest, down her belly towards where the waistband of her skirts remained. She expected the fabric to be torn asunder. She expected the panties lying beneath to be shredded, the heat to rise.

The heat was stifling, at least.

The man kissed a trail down her body now, turning his face to the left then to the right at the valley between her breasts. He paid his dues to her chest like it was a rite of passage, that tongue trailing over the peaks until she wanted nothing more to press herself to his mouth more. The attention to her left breast had her lamenting for her right. The right had her whimpering uselessly over the loss of his mouth to her left.

And those hands played with her waistband, nailed trailing over the sensitive skin she hadn’t known was there.

The slightest squirming showed her slickness between her legs. It made the air in the room so cold, the room impossible to stay in without being against him.

“Romu,” Gudako breathed.

The man’s hair was like a cloud to touch, his lips moving on towards her stomach and her hips.

He didn’t touch.

Touches were nothing.

Touches were fleeting things, a second or less of notice that came and went without note.

The man worshiped.

Her person was a temple under his attention. He made everything feel like worship with the amount of attention he gave. He moved as though it were solemn duty, revealing her hips from the black skirt like he were unveiling the holiest of bodies.

He pressed his lips to every bit of skin uncovered.

The world was so cold away from him and the heat of him was so great.

The idea of drowning in his arms was almost enough to send her over the edge. The opportunity for more, for her panties to go…

A cry came to the room, the man’s name echoing off the walls.

She could feel her legs attempting to clamp shut, denying such nirvana as what had come to mind, but those hands grasped her thighs, sending her spiraling further and further into insanity.

He moved, one hand slipping beneath her shoulders, the other beneath the space between her legs. She wasn’t even sure what to call the awkward hold, but he was moving, the air sending her climax into a shuddering new level. There was his arm brushing against the space between her legs. There was a teal fabric being left on the couch behind them before she closed her eyes.

Romulus was carrying her naked. They were moving through the hallway.

A bed found her back. The smell of olive oil and potpourri met her senses.

The hands, those devilish things, were stroking at thighs that were already begging senselessly. She could feel herself closing her eyes, trying to block some of the heat away. She needed grounding. She needed something to bring her mind back into focus.

Instead, she was cast further into the fires of his touch. His lips had found hers once again.

There was something pressing against her.

There was something pushing into her.

Again and again, she was being moved against, waves of pleasure crashing into her senses as she tried to hold onto the rock solid feel of those shoulders and not drown under the feel of those lips moving against hers. Oxygen was impossible. She didn’t want to breathe regular air anymore.

The world could leave her mouth and her body claimed by this man. She could breathe from his air and from those lips forever and a day.

“I will give it all to you,” the man all but purred, making the world begin to tremble further.

Her hands found his back.

She ran her nails along it as she felt him change his direction.

A thrust had the world turning white. His pulling out, leaving her body empty and aching, had her almost crying at the injustice.

Over and over, the world turned into a kaleidoscope of colors and sounds. The world turned to touch and to actions. And then, the world shattered around her, leaving her to cry the man’s name once again. A warmth flowed forth into her, a mouth finding hers once again to swallow up the glory of the second climax.

There was so much…

She couldn’t handle those hands on her.

She couldn’t handle that face, so smooth and so elegant, looming over her. The dark blue hair was like a curtain, blocking out the light and leaving her in a sea of endless Romulus.

They roled, her body draped over his chest. He said words, but the only thing she could sense was that he was nothing less than a god.

Nothing less at all.

Her mouth pressed to his chest.

She more so pecked kisses than showed him that returned fevor, finding that the god had broken her. She had been destroyed.

At her confession of this, the man laughed.

“A master of mine deserves the pleasures of the bedroom. Even more so for each battle she has fought so valiantly.”

Caenus: An Analysis

As someone who has been playing F/GO for about 4 years at this point (God I Am Old) and does pretty decently when they’re not tired and annoyed with gimmicks I think I’m going to start reviewing Servants, but for a gimmick, I’ll be doing them in reverse order from their release (did you know there are 279 Servants in the game at this point?) So let’s start with Caenis.

Level 80 Max HP: 11,532 Level 80 Max ATK: 9,896 (Effective: 10,391) NP Charge on ATK: 0.86% Star Generation: 12.2% BBAQQ B = 3, A = 3, Q = 3, Ex = 5 Base NP Gain: A = 2.79%, Q = 2.58%, E = 4.30% Monstrous Strength B+: Increases own Attack for 2 turns. (20 -> 40%) Cooldown: 7 -> 5 turns Halberd of Pillaging B: Increases own Attack for 1 turn (Activates First) when attacking for 3 attacks, 3 turns (10% -> 20%) Inflicts Attack Down by 10% for 1 turn to enemy when attacking for 3 attacks, 3 turns. Cooldown: 7 -> 5 turns Affection of the Sea God A: Reduces own damage taken for 3 attacks, 3 turns. (1000 -> 3000) Grants self Guts status for 1 time, 3 turns. (1000 -> 3000 HP) Cooldown: 8 -> 6 turns Magic Resistance C: Increase own Debuff resistance by 15%. Mad Enhancement EX: Increase own Buster performance by 12%. Sea God’s Essence B: Increase own damage by 225. Increases own Arts performance by 8%. Laphitai Caeneus Buster 3 Hits Increases own Critical Damage by 50% for 3 turns (Activates first) Increases own NP damage for 3 turns (Activates first) (10 -> 30%) (Overcharge) Deals damage to all enemies. (300% -> 500%)

Primary Role: Crit DPS Secondary Role: Situational Role: Solo

That’s a lot of information out of way. Caenis fights very nicely stat-wise, having very high ATK for her class and rarity while also having a decent amount of HP. Her NP generation is also quite impressive, with a very good Arts card and a pretty decent Quick and Extra. Her AQQ chain will generate around 34% of her NP gauge, disregarding enemy class and special type modifiers. Her star generation leaves a little more to be desired. Her QBQ chain will generate around 18 stars total, and her NPQQ chain will generate around 19. It’s okay, but she will need help generating crit stars either through Star Generation buffs or passive stargen. Her skills are pretty geared into allowing Caenis to the maximum amount of damage possible. Monstrous Strength B+ may be a bit of a dated skill in the modern era of F/GO, but it’s still useful. The 40% Attack up can not only be used to buff the damage of her Noble Phantasm, but also to boost a subsequent Brave Chain with crits. This works well with her second skill as well, allowing Caenis potential access to a Buster crit with a 100% Attack buff slapped on it. It is worth noting here that Halberd of Pillaging does not trigger using Caenis’ Noble Phantasm; it only triggers upon a normal card attack. This means an NPBB chain is not quite as powerful as one might expect, as the final Buster card will only have an 80% Attack buff. This skill is also very Brave chain reliant, as its effects will be nowhere near as notable without having access to one of Caenis’ Brave chains. It’s a key weakness of the skill. The defensive bonus of the skill is also rather small, and while it is useful, it’s not particularly noticeable. The choice between her best Crit chain largely depends on what supports you are using, but if only Caenis’ buffs are considered, her BBA chain trades about a 1% damage drop (98,257 damage on average vs 99,773 damage on average, neutral damage) compared to her BAB chain, but generates about 9% more NP (38% vs 29%) due to putting her Arts card in the last card slot, making it the best overall chain. Buster performance buffs will swing the scales in favor of her BAB chain. Her third skill is entirely defensive, and is very reminiscent of Fujino’s 3rd skill. A massive damage cut combined with a solid Guts means that Caenis can withstand a few normal attacks without worry while also potentially tanking an NP. It’s a good skill that’s unfortunately not very synchronous with the rest of her skills. Caenis’ NP does leave something to be desired. With her base buffs, Monstrous Strength B+ and a 100% Overcharge, it’ll do 16,694 to 20,404 damage to all enemies, neutral damage. You can stick her NP at the end of a BBNP chain with Halberd of Pillaging to bump that damage up to 21,464 to 26,234 but that isn’t personally recommended. What makes Caenis’ NP good is the 50% Crit Damage bonus attached to it, allowing Caenis to do a lot of damage with her critical hits. It is worth noting that if you can find a way to spam Caenis’ NP, her NP damage buff lasts for 3 turns meaning you can ramp it up further, but given the short time span of her buffs its a gimmicky strategy at best.

Notable Allies: Caenis is a Buster and Crit focused Servant, so mostly Servants who will be beneficial to that playstyle are highly recommended. Merlin, Shakespeare, Summer Osakabehime, Carmilla (Rider) and others are noteworthy here. There are a couple of other standouts however that are beneficial for other reasons. Gilgamesh (Caster) and Nero (Bride) might seem unconventional but the bonuses in Star Generation, Arts performance, and NP gain allow Caenis to more consistently access her NP, as well as making her chains generate a lot more crit stars. Her NPQQ chain will generate about 48 crit stars, and the resulting BBA chain will generate 68% of Caenis’ NP gauge, as well as doing a lot of damage, and this is ignoring a pretty good chance of Overgauge or Overkill bonuses. Perhaps one of the best supports for Caenis is Summer BB as well, as Caenis benefits from having her Arts and Buster cards available as much as possible. Locking in a full set of her cards will also allow Caenis to really shine with some of the aforementioned supports!

Notable CEs: It is worth noting that CE selection is a little more limited compared to supports, because CEs tend to have smaller, less impactful effects. Crit damage and Buster performance should be prioritized, as well as the ever generally useful starting NP charge CEs. NP gain or Arts performance is also not a bad idea to help capitalize on Caenis’ good Arts card. NP damage is not a high priority due to Caenis’ NP not being the focal point of her damage. Overall Pros and Cons: Pros: -High potential damage output with large attack buffs and critical damage buffs -Good NP generation with a very good arts card -Good defensive tool in her 3rd skill

Cons: -Very card deck reliant. Bad card RNG will make Caenis significantly worse. -No team support in her set at all

Caenis is without a doubt a pretty good Servant. She does has some flaws that can hold her back, but she functions very well with the right supports and is a very viable crit damage servant.

I think even Sutter has to know S7 was a mess,he said in a q&a if Juice wouldn’t have covered for Gemma,last season would have lasted 3eps,like Jax would have killed her right away🤷🏾‍♀️I don’t remember very well but I think Jax sent Juice to watch Tara and that’s why he was there,or maybe Jax sent him to look for Gemma,as she didn’t pick up the phone?really it was all so forced!!Jax believed her blindly,like in s5 when she crashed the car with the boys,he asked her about details,but not when Tara was killed??🙄I think it was Lin who said to Nero,how convenient your bitch was the only one who was there🤣,Lin was pretty sassy in s7,his best line was”You are an idiot Teller”god knows he was!!🤷🏾‍♀️

I think he does too! I think he’s been in denial about it because of the Gemma and Jax fanbase, but I think he definitely knows now. Like he can’t ignore all those reviews that totally annihilated S7, most of them were written by critics who were originally really big fans of the show and who constantly praised him. He’ll never admit it though 🤣. He really dragged our the final season, he literally threw so much together just to fill the gaps. I honestly can’t remember! Didn’t Jax hug him and basically give him the kiss of death right before that? Like he told him he knew that he told Nero about that girl they killed? If that’s the case why would he be around Tara? Idk I might be messing up the time line. It was definitely forced! Right?? He didn’t question anything even though her story was so fake! Lin was really sassy! I wish they used him more when the show was still good lol, he was always a background character. Lol Lin was speaking for all us 🤣

INTRODUZIONE

Ben trovati amici di WarNerd, in questa recensione odierna, andremo ad analizzare, il nuovo case da gaming, recentemente prodotto e commercializzato da iTek. Parliamo quindi, del Lunar 19 (il cui articolo di presentazione, lo potete trovare QUI). Questo case, si contraddistingue per alcune peculiarità che spiccano subito a prima vista. Parliamo infatti del design semplice e lineare, che per chi apprezza questo tipo di design è già un punto a favore. Inoltre, questo prodotto è accompagnato da un tocco di stile e moda, in quanto, coniuga il fattore della visibilità sia anteriore che laterale, in quanto la plancia frontale è realizzata in vetro temprato, il che lo rende resistente alle sollecitazioni, mentre il pannello laterale, a differenza del fratello maggiore, il Lunar 23, dove quest’ultima è realizzata in vetro temprato, nel Lunar 19, risulta essere prodotta in plexiglas, in modo da contenere i costi ed il peso complessivo del prodotto che è pari a 4.4Kg di solo case, contro gli 8.8Kg del fratello maggiore, il Lunar 23. L’ulteriore tocco di stile, come detto in precedenza, è dato dalla presenza a bordo di un Kit Tri-fan del tipo RGB, che offre uno spettacolare gioco di luci all’intero case. Le ventole, per altro, sono comandate da un pratico controller, molto compatto, che possiamo posizionare dove più riteniamo opportuno, nascondendolo, come nel mio caso, dentro la paratia per il cavidotto. Per altro lo stesso controller, viene comandato tramite il telecomando, fornito in dotazione con il case.

SPECIFICHE TECNICHE

Per quanto riguarda il lato tecnico, le dimensioni del Lunar 19, sono più che generose, anche se in linea con altri case del tipo MiddleATX e MicroATX, quindi non si riscontrano particolari problemi, nel caso di trasferimento del proprio hardware. Solo che, va prestata una particolare attenzione, nel caso di dissipatori per CPU, quest’ultimi non devono essere alti più di 155mm, stando alla scheda tecnica, in quanto un dissipatore di dimensioni maggiori,non sarebbe contenuto all’interno del case. Eppure, con il trasferimento del mio hardware, con tanto di dissipatore a torre al seguito, l’installazione è riuscita senza non pochi problemi, in quanto quest’ultimo, un Gelid Antarctica (review qui) che è un dissipatore da ben 160mm d’altezza, si è riusciti ad alloggiarlo, per altro quasi perfettamente in sede, con uno scarto di circa 1-2mm verso l’esterno. quindi senza alterare grossomodo la lineup del case. A livello d’installazione dell’hardware, è possibile montare delle schede madri ATX e Micro ATX. Il prodotto, supporta l’alloggiamento interno di ben 3 unità da 3.5″ e 2 da 2.5″, quindi ottimo per installare SSD.

È possibile inoltre, installare fino a ben 7 device PCI, spazio e porte della scheda madre permettendo ovviamente. il tutto però è collegabile, con il minimo ingombro, perchè i cavi, possono passare dalle apposite asole, camminando dentro la paratia posteriore, che è da ben 17mm di profondità, il che facilita di molto, il passaggio dei cavi ed il posizionamento di eventuali controller dedicati.

A livello d’installazione e ricircolo d’aria, non mancano la presenza di 3 ventole frontali RGB, unito alla presenza di un alloggiamento per l’eventuale installazione di ventola posteriore da 120×120 oppure un dissipatore a liquido, ove lo si preferisca e uno spazio superiore da 240x120mm, per l’installazione di un radiatore, per kit custom o AIO, oppure per un kit ventole da 120mm, per altro quest’ultimi, sarebbero protetti dalla polvere, grazie al filtro superiore, del tipo magnetico, il che consente una facile rimozione e pulizia, senza intaccare le ventole stesse, dal loro alloggiamento. All’interno del Lunar 19, è inoltre possibile installare delle GPU, con dimensioni fino a 390mm. Le dimensioni complessive esterne del prodotto, sono 435x195x440m, mentre le dimensioni, ricavate dall’interno del prodotto, sono 430x185x440mm.

BUNDLE

Una volta in possesso del prodotto, possiamo vedere la confezione e quanto riportata su di essa e troviamo immediatamente il logo iTek con il nome del modello ed una sua stilizzazione, impressi sopra, mentre nel fianco laterale, troviamo un breve riepilogo con la scheda tecnica del prodotto. Una volta sfilato dalla sua confezione, non è presente nient’altro, in quanto la cavetteria di collegamento ed il klt RGB è fissato all’interno del case, tramite una fascetta, ad una parte del telaio, il tutto però, fissato in modo da essere trasportabile e senza danneggiamenti di sorta.

DESIGN

Il prodotto, una volta sconfezionato, si presenta in tutto il suo splendore e semplicità. I pannelli, sono protetti da una pellicola adesiva, per evitare lo sporco ed i graffi durante il trasporto, quindi tolte ciò, si può procedere ad analizzare tutti gli aspetti tecnici e strutturali di questo case.

La plancia superiore, è realizzata interamente in alluminio spazzolato nero, dove sono stati previsti solo 2 intagli specifici, ovvero:

la pulsantiera di comando e connessione rapida per l’audio frontale e le porte USB, che sono 2×2.0 ed 1×3.0;

la griglia d’installazione per le unità ventole/radiatori da 240mm, coperti da un filtro antipolvere magnetico, in modo da toglierlo e pulirlo all’occorrenza

Sulla maschera frontale,quest’ultima invece realizzata con frame in plastica e vetro temprato, troviamo in alto a sinistra il simbolo del produttore e il modello del case. Per creare il flusso d’aria necessario sul lati e sul fondo troviamo delle aperture, cosi da permettere alle ventole di tirare dall’esterno, un discreto quantitativo aria fresca, ed immetterla dentro il sistema.

Il pannello laterale, come annunciato nella descrizione precedente, è realizzato in materiale plexiglass, del tipo trasparente, che occupa tutta la superficie della plancia laterale e lascia in bella vista, l’hardware installato all’interno. Tale pannello, viene poi tenuto in posizione, tramite l’ausilio di 4 viti per serraggio manuale.

Mentre il pannello destro, quello predisposto per il cavedio, è del tipo a foglio unico e senza aperture o intagli di sorta, che si fissa a slittamento, sul suo binario, per poi essere tenuto fermo in sede, tramite 2 viti con testa a grip plastico, per serrarlo, con estrema facilità. Nel telaio del case medesimo.

Il retro invece è studiato per alloggiare la I/O Shield, una ventola da 120 (opzionale), 7 slot d’espansione PCI ed infine, lo spazio per l’alloggiamento dell’alimentatore che è posizionato in basso, in modo da non creare sacche termiche che possano poi influenzare le temperature interne di tutto il sistema.

Nella parte inferiore del case troviamo due grossi piedini che sostengono e sollevano il case, questi sono provvisti di quattro pad antiscivolo. Nei pressi della zona posteriore, troviamo infine un filtro anti polvere.

INSTALLAZIONE

L’alloggio del PSU è del tipo facilitato, a scorrimento, in quanto basta inserirlo in sede e fissarlo al pannello laterale, tramite le viti. per altro, il case riesce ad ospitare anche alimentatori di grandi dimensioni, senza problemi, rendendo la configurazione hardware, scalabile, a totale discrezione del gamer. Nella parte bassa troviamo la griglia filtrata che permette alla ventola del PSU aspirare l’aria fredda e quindi consentirgli di espellerla dal retro, senza creare cappe termiche dentro il case stesso. Con questo case non sussistono problemi, neanche con gli alimentatori non modulari, in quanto, a seconda delle dimensioni dell’alimentatore utilizzato, avanza una buona quantità di spazio vuoto, in cui conservare i cavi non necessari, evitando di lasciarli volanti,dentro la paratia.

I drive da 3.5″, vengono montati nello spazio proprio adiacente, ed è possibile installare in questo spazio, ben 3 unità da 3.5, mentre nel telaio appena superiore, possiamo notare due incavi, che ricordano la forma di un disco da 2.5″, ebbene in quello spazio lì, è possibile installare un SSD, fissandolo semplicemente con 4 viti, dal lato interno del case, e quindi passare il cavo SATA per i dati, attraverso il foro passacavi vicino e portare tutto alla scheda madre, con il minimo ingombro, lasciando il vano interno del case, pulito e gradevole alla vista.

Viste le generose dimensioni, offerte per l’alloggiamento delle VGA, che ricordiamo essere da ben 39cm di lunghezza massima, l’installazione della nostra Gtx 580, non ha dato alcun problema di sorta, anzi, i fori passacavi per l’installazione delle GPU, sono studiati proprio per passare il cavo con il minimo ingombro, riducendo il numero di cavi a vista nel sistema.

Per altro, non può mancare, la punta di diamante di questo prodotto, ovvero l’illuminazione RGB, garantita dal controller e dal kit di ventole itek. Questo controller, supporta l’installazione fino ad un kit di 6 ventole, del tipo RGB, per altro è possibile collegare a quest’ultimo, anche un set di strisce RGB, quindi, evitando il loro controller supplementare, con telecomando annesso e comandando la cromia e lo stile luminoso, con un solo telecomando, rendendo l’effetto unico e particolare.

RAFFREDDAMENTO E TEST

Grazie all’ottimo airflow offerto da questo case e dagli ampi spazi interni, le temperature rilevate sia in idle che in full load, durante le sessioni di gioco, sono decisamente, più che soddisfacenti, in quanto la temperatura massima interna rilevata, non supera i 35-40C° in idle e l’unità disco invece, non supera i 30C°, in quanto essendo posizionata nel suo scompartimento dedicato, il calore che quest’ultimo produce, per convezione termica, tende a salire verso l’alto, per poi essere spinto dalle ventole frontali, ed espulso dalla ventola posteriore o estratto da un’eventuale ventola superiore, se montata. Per altro il case, ricordiamo che è alloggiato in uno scompartimento, all’interno di una scrivania, quindi questo influisce non poco sulla dissipazione termica.

Per quanto concerne la rumorosità complessiva del prodotto, il valore d’attenuazione rilevato, va da un minimo di 24db ad un max di db75 nel retro del case, quindi in prossimità dei componenti più rumorosi, con un valore medio di rilevazione, a distanza di pochi cm dal case,di 38db, il che lo rende un case abbastanza silenzioso

Concludiamo quindi la recensione del nuovo iTek Lunar 19, un case che come già introdotto e presentato nel nostro articolo, è un prodotto molto interessante, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo che lo caratterizza, perché parliamo di un prodotto che si aggira intorno alla 60ina di euro. Il produttore, con questa nuova linea di case, ha alzato il tiro, sotto il profilo qualitativo, ma senza però abbandonare il pensiero base di fornire ai propri clienti case validi a prezzi accessibili. Anche se però, qualche piccola nota di demerito, è necessario sollevarla, in quanto, uno degli aspetti su cui a mio giudizio, non era opportuno lesinare, si trattava dei bay per l’installazione dei drive HDD, in quanto, il telaio del case, era studiato per alloggiare NATIVAMENTE, l’oggetto in questione, così come è già presente nel modello 23. Il che rende un pò più laboriosa, l’installazione di un HDD da 3.5, ma non del tutto impossibile ed infine, la piastra che blocca le PCI, non intercambiabile, in quanto solo la prima può essere tolta e rimessa a seconda della necessità. Tutte le altre feritoie PCI, sono invece a rimozione permanente. una volta tolte, non possono più essere ri-alloggiate in sede. A parte questi dettaglio, il Lunar 19 vanta a pieno titolo la qualifica di case da gamer, perché coniuga la qualità del prodotto, con un prezzo di vendita, accessibile a tutti, senza limitare la fantasia e la capacità d’installazione dell’hardware all’interno del prodotto; poiché, se un soggetto, volesse montare un kit custom, anziché un AIO, grazie all’ampio spazio interno, è possibile tranquillamente alloggiare il tutto, senza andare a compromettere o alterare gli spazi interni, creando per altro effetti visivi e di stile, particolari, coadiuvati dal kit RGB delle ventole, più l’ulteriore possibilità di montare ben 2 strisce RGB, gestibili dal medesimo controller che comanda le ventole.

Chiudiamo infine, la nostra recensione, con una valutazione più che degna e soddisfatti di aver provato il nuovo arrivato di casa iTek, che ci ha ampiamente sorpresi, per ciò che può offrire e con quale stile lo fa.

Bookshelf Overload: June 2017

After the ridiculousness of May’s Bookshelf Overload, the number of manga, comics, and other books that I picked up in June seems completely reasonable. But even though it was a small month, it was still a great month. First of all, one of the manga I was most looking forward to this year was released–Kabi Nagata’s My Lesbian Experience with Loneliness. (Although the work is more than deserving of it, I won’t be doing a formal, in-depth review, but I did write a Quick Take of it a few weeks ago.) I was also particularly excited for the debut of Satoru Noda’s Golden Kamuy and the continuation of Makoto Yukimura’s Vinland Saga in June. Hirohiko Araki’s Manga in Theory and Practice: The Craft of Creating Manga should also present an interesting read once I finally get the chance to get around to it. Currently, though, I’m reading Kazuki Sakuraba’s novel A Small Charred Face. It isn’t due to be released until September, but the folks at Haikasoru were kind enough to send me an advanced copy. I really enjoyed Sakuraba’s Red Girls: The Legend of the Akakuchibas and have been looking forward to the translation of A Small Charred Face for quite some time. So far, it’s been fantastic; look for a review to come soon!
