My Letters I've Never Sent
I would really appriciate if you checked out this book and really any of the other works that are on my Wattpad. My Letters I've Never Sent is mainly a collection of writings for people in my life I feel need to know some stuff. It also is probably my advice to anyone if you have unspoken things, write that stuff down.
Also if you have any advice for me, I would love to hear it.
Warning: this book does contain a fair bit of swearing and could be triggering to some (it talks a lot about mental health stuff)

Dear Ms. X
I had a great time with you today. Chasing someone with a dandelion is a new experience for me and it was really fun. It was kinda like playing tag but more fun because there was fluff involved and I really like fluffy things. Your smile brings me so much joy and it was beautiful today... even when I got a dandelion in your mouth haha. It was amazing seeing you laugh and even better knowing that I (or something stupid I did) was the reason for that laugh.
I was thinking about you the entire time we were together and the world disappeared for a little bit. Billy Joel was blasting through the speakers and I thought, “why should I worry about the world when I can spend time dancing in the car with you?” Of course I was worrying if you’d think I was being weird, but your smile when you looked at me rock out calmed my racing thoughts. You made my day very special today and I’m happy you’re in my life.
I know I won’t be able to tell you all this, but I wish you the best and I’ll miss you while I’m away for a bit. I’ll be worried about you, but I promise I’ll write to you and check up on you. Maybe when I come back things will be different and I can tell you how much you mean to me... but for now, this is a letter that I’ll never send.

To the man who placed the wreath after tackling the stairs
I'm just a nobody, sir. Yet, I saw your medals. You, my friend, are not just a nobody; you are a somebody. You must have fought, or saved a life, or embarked on some noble quest. (Purely for my own amusement, I'm going to go with the latter.)
It was nice to see you, although you didn't see me. You hobbled up to the steps, wrapped up in your coat, and proceeded to use your walking stick to hoist yourself up. I saw the man with the uniform and the sash help you. I saw you bend down and place the wreath with the others, beneath the list of names carved into the purest of white stone.
You saluted to the fallen men and boys who were long since victims to such a terrible fate. Thank you for doing that, it showed me how the smallest of actions mean so much to the plainest of people.
I salute you, sir.

To the headteacher of my school
Well, I should probably start it off with a positive, shouldn't I? How about, your school is well equip with an appropriate number of students? Sounds about right.
Here is a list of a few of my negatives;
You're teachers are rude, they have the wrong attitude when dealing with perfectly capable students.
Some are overly sensitive, we are teenagers, are mouths are thirty seconds ahead of our brains.
A lot of your staff are disbelieving, maybe my excuse for not handing my homework in on time is entirely genuine.
The teachers I have come across don't seem to understand that their vocabulary is worse than ours even at the best of times.
I would advise you to hold a meeting with your deputy head, which if I'm not mistaken you have two? And discus the hallways, maybe a one way system? Maybe a 'hold the door' campaign. How about a polite necessity, saying sorry when you bump shoulders in the corridor?
You seem to be a little expert at hide and seek, maybe show your face more than required? Speak to students, become the face of authority instead of the guy whom my friends still ask me who you are?
I've met you, very polite, quite congratulatory. The ones who misbehave have met you. But have the average earners met you? The sports teams? The school choir? The science club? Have you popped into the library to recommend a book? Have you visited the sign language club and tried to communicate the way some have no choice?
This is your school and there are faults, you might argue back at me with GCSE and A Level results. However do you know whether that girl got out of the abusive relationship? Whether the young lad found his football? Whether the blonde got invited to that party?
The little things matter, so do the little people.
All the best,
Four Eyes.
P.S. Throw away the tie you wore last Wednesday. Not a good look.
