Despite Riki’s negative feelings of having siblings that look more Uchiha than her, from what I can tell the twins appear to think highly of her, and even look up to her. I can totally see her begrudgingly looking out for them, because deep down she actually cares for the mini-Madaras.

They would be her minions after 61 days (the protest period of their birth) because dang, they were cute enough to make her want to punch a wall 💀🖤

And yes, she would always look out for them but deny it

A good payday or near death experience (for Riki) would insure that level of tenderness ✨

Great! She’s their trusted older cousin, but at the same time, they worry about her personality 💀

Riki and mikoto's father how is their relationship in the clan 🛐🛐🛐 mikoto's father transferred his sensual genes to his offspring

This is mostly me rambling under the cut, but the short version is; Tatsuya is the poor boy that is very respected do to his skill/training and Riki is the “princess” that is always trying to earn the Uchiha’s respect ✨

Tatsuya is a couple of years older than Riki and came into the world as a quick learner, so he was taking on missions while Riki was still learning to write

He knew about her because she was sort of a big deal being Madara’s first born and her brighter blue hair made her easier to spot around town

Riki sort of hated him or at least hearing about him because it was nothing but praises for his advanced skills

She did challenge him once to see what the fuss was about and he beat her without much effort using defense and pressure points (he wasn’t about to injure Madara’s kid)

Despite her being born of a higher status, Tatsuya was far more popular than herself and had many friends

when it came to others talking about Riki’s appearance, he often stated that he thinks she is cute (platonic) and would probably grow up to be a beauty.

However, if she didn’t she would still grow up to beat their lazy asses with how dedicated she is to train

He wouldn’t actually get to know her until their teen years where her brazenness starts to make him smile a bit

Her nagging him about smoking was kinda cute (aww she cares)

So he tells her he’ll quit smoking if she stops wasting ink on her hair

She would find his calmness both annoying and refreshing considering she has to deal with the twins daily

Riki starts developing a little crush after Tatsuya caught a bad cold. Runa and Yaya made her accompany them to help make food and medicine for the little family

There lied one of the Uchiha’s prodigies, head on her lap in defeat with a cool rag after he insisted he was fine and ended up collapsing do to his fever

It was kind of cute to see him cranky and valuable for a change

Tatsuya would also seek Riki out to be his partner for the Uchiha version of sporting events for the youth because she was his sensei’s niece and she was just as competitive as him, so he knew they’d win

Did they win most of the races? Yes. And Riki hated this one because she had to rely on him v

Tatsuya would accept that he likes Riki pretty much as soon as he realizes he does. He thinks she is beautiful, smart, and hard working

He has definitely met sweeter girls, but she is one of the hardest working and she does care deeply about her family

Her eyes are his favorite color and he would swear time stood still each time the warm hues of the sunset reflected in them

The only con to liking her is she is a daddy’s girl and her dad is Madara 💀

he wouldn’t say or do anything because he has his own goals he wants to meet before he confesses

Meanwhile, he gifts her sachets. It’s not something her brothers would be interested in messing with and something that he hopes will convey his interest in her

Katsura and Madara definitely noticed Riki’s room smelling aromatic and her acting strange whenever Tatsuya is around

Madara took a special interest in harassing testing Tatsuya’s resolve as soon as he pieced together that this little boy was fancying his daughter

Her mother asked Riki what she thought of Tatsuya and she mumbled that he’s a little annoying (while blushing). To which her mother smile because that’s how it started for her too

Tatsuya’s mother also figured out her son had feelings for someone when he started asking her opinions on sachets at the market.

When Riki mustard up the courage to try and confess with the kumihimo bracelet she made for him, Tatsuya cut her off with a kiss to the forehead

He felt the same why else would he put up with her father kicking his ass for sport?. he was fairly certain she knew that and just wanted to beat him to the punch with saying it first

But he got the first kiss in, so he’ll allow this victory for her

She tried to claim that didn’t count because it was on her forehead

He teased that she wasn’t ready for that yet (and he was right, but he didn’t have to say it out loud with a smirk)

Once they became official, not much changed besides people knowing and them exchanging gifts

But they did hit some roadblocks early on as Riki still hadn’t awakened her sharingan and felt inferior next to him (who awakened his at a very young age) at times

Whenever a sparring match between them ended in his favor (which happened a lot), Riki would want a rematch or she would simply storm off

It worried him because he knew she didn’t like feeling defeated and would over exert herself training to beat him next time

Apologies also didn’t really do anything as she didn’t accept them for her own “flaws”

And going easy on her really made her mad at him 💀

Which meant they had a few awkward moments where he wasn’t sure if she was going to break up with him over this or not

Eventually, he had enough of it and told he wouldn’t spar with her anymore until she learned to sort out her problems. She was beyond good enough and should be proud of that

He didn’t want to not be able to spend time with her because of something neither one of them could control when he loved her

So please, stop it?

Riki agreed she was being a bit of a jerk and apologized

It was a strange time for them both as they tried to learn how the other wants to be loved and expressses their love, but they figured it out

Once they grew more accustomed to being together, they started holding hands in public and exchanging sweet kisses when they were alone

Tatsuya developed the habit of gently caressing Riki’s lower back during stressful situations to calm her

Whenever Riki could not be found at home or on a mission, chances are she’s at Tatsuya’s home

Their mother’s thought it was so cute, Madara did not

Their marriage wasn’t a surprise to anyone by the time it happened

What was the surprise was Riki’s Sharingan awakening before their wedding ceremony
