She started her career in television news, anchoring and reporting stories throughout Northeast Ohio. One story stayed with her. A grieving mother had no one to turn to for help after the coroner took her daughter away. Years later, the unthinkable happened to a friend, who also was left alone in the house after the passing of her child and couldn’t bring herself to enter the room where the tragedy occurred. Babs recognized a desperate need to help people during their darkest times. She and Cuyler both have a caring nature and hope the services they provide can provide the first step to healing. Cuyler graduated from The University of Akron, where he holds a master's degree in Education- Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a multiple decade background in law enforcement and business, Richard and his team are uniquely qualified to bring expertise, empathy, and compassion to families and organizations that have experienced tragedy and crisis. Richard's policing and business experience is extensive and includes serving as a Deputy Sheriff on the Mexican border in the State of New Mexico, police captain in Indiana, and as a city Police Chief in North Carolina, as well as the past owner of a public relations firm, as a Police Academy Instructor and Director, and as a Federal District Court certified law enforcement expert witness and consultant. Owner

Hector and Norah Mhlanga are the owners of Bio-One of Santa Clarita. Hector has a background in accounting and finance and is also a Associate Pastor as a local church. Norah has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years and has experience in women's and children medicine, infection prevention, OSHA compliance, and medical waste regulations. Hector and Norah have known each other for most of their lives but got married 8 years ago and they have 2 young children together. Hector and Norah love working with people and they both have a passion for helping people during their most difficult times and restoring property to its original condition in a compassionate and professional manner. When they found Bio-One, they knew that it was a perfect fit because of the help first, business second outlook.

Jason Falk is the owner of both Bio-One of Temecula & Bio-One of Riverside, servicing the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. He grew up in the Midwest, living in the Chicago and Kansas City areas, before meeting and marrying his high-school sweetheart, Jamie. Upon leaving college, Jason had a successful 20-year corporate business career working closely with some of the largest service & retail industry companies in the world. Along with his wife, Jamie, they re-located to California in 2011 to be closer to their family and friends. Over the years, they have found a passion for serving their community, their church, and those in need. Jason’s team is comprised of hand-picked individuals who have a huge passion to serve others, a willingness to go the extra mile, and have dedicated their lives to helping their local communities. Every day, the supervisors and technicians from Bio-One of Temecula & Riverside are serving families throughout the Inland Empire using their elite training and unbelievable compassion.

Gary and Armelle Maxey

Owner

Gary and Armelle Maxey are the owners of Bio-One Savannah. Gary and Armelle both grew up in various parts of the country and Gary served in the United States Army. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a dual degree in Business Admin and City and Regional Planning. Armelle graduated with a degree in Health Information Management. Their years of experience and expertise are exhibited when they and their team help in restoring a client's properties to their original condition in a professional and compassionate manner. Their combined 41 years of Hospice work is an example of their passion for helping others and serving those in the community. Gary and Armelle have been married for 15 years and enjoy spending time with their children and traveling, especially in the Caribbean and Costa Rica. They remain active in their church and donate time and resources to several veteran groups.
