Going Through Some Changes.

This blog will be under re-construction for the next few weeks.

I had made this Muse to challenge myself out of a slump. On one hand it had worked, but on the other this fell through the cracks and took all the pain with it. As I have changed with the shift my life has took I will be dedicating some time into reworking the Muse from nearly the ground up. Background, Relationships prior to his appearance in writing., theme updates, changes to Rules, and so on.

My Hope is to bring him more into the limelight and taking a different approach to RP. Mind you a lot of time will be spent on my main and I may or may not end up rolling them into a dual-muse blog. We shall see.

To my Rp Partners in Crime

Okay. Please, I beg your forgiveness. Do not hate me. 

But, I have finally finished my experiment and it mostly worked. To all of my partners, I first want to say thank you for your patience. I am sorry the last day or so has been reblogapalooza. I know it must be frustrating. I do promise that this will stop shortly.

To you all that are following me and rp with me, I want you to know that @grymmfangrunerunner was my old blog. It has been replaced with @morgansmornings. All of our threads will here if you ever need to come find them. I do ask that if you wish to keep our thread(s), that you like this. That way I can go hunt them down.

Slightly Random.

BUT! I have to ask as I have been considering this for a couple of years now.

As some of you are aware, I have a Second Muse that I have not really played since shortly after creating this Muse. It is not that I abandoned the Muse, they have just been an uncooperative lump on my mental couch for the better part of the last few years.

The question I want to bring up is this: A ) Should I bring the muse over here and make this a Dual Muse blog? OR B ) Should I leave the separate and make myself work the Second Muse into a playable one?

I will put a poll up and reblog it a couple of times for time zone differences and work schedule differences. It will last a week and by the end of it I will consider the answers.

Side note: In the Questions for the Mun that I posted a bit ago I was asked about Pet Peeves. In that I stated that I hate when people Ignore me after I reach out.

Let me Clarify:

I am not talking about those that are busy with real life, or that I talk to OOC elsewhere. Be that DMs or on Discord. Hell tagging me in things I consider "talking to me". Or in cases of people going on Hiatus, at least leave me a note? Somewhere?

When I say ignoring me I mean; I send in memes, I try to talk in IMs, I like start/plotting calls, I send asks, I tag you in memes and starters, ANd more than six months pass and I get absolutely nothing in return? That makes me feel like other person does not want to RP with me and that I have offended them some way and they never told me. Or that they just followed me because someone else told them to and never had any intention of interacting with me and my muse. In that case, I would rather lose followers than feel like I wasn't worth talking to and added just for a higher number.

And Happy Chanukah, Blessed Yule, and Merry Kwanzaa to everyone. It has been a strange, and for many, hard year. But there have been good things that have happened as well.

And as the year draws to an end  I want to say thank you to everyone. Each of us had made a special sort of family here. Most of us would not be the same without others, but that is the joy of being human. To learn and grow, to make friendships and reaching out to those that just needed an ear to listen. It means a lot to those of you that I talk to, and to those that have yet to have me invade your IM or Ask box, well there is still time. 

But in all seriousness, thank you. There have been moments that I thought this blog was not going to take root and that I have thought of deleting. But in those moments I am reminded, by going back and reading old threads, looking at the awful dashboard commentary that I get to be apart of, and just seeing your posts that have made me stick around. You all mean the world to me even if I don’t say it.

== EXPERIENCE

PLATFORMS USED : Composition note books, spiral note books, Google Docs/Drive, Tumblr, occasionally Discord. 

PLOTTING / WINGING IT / MEMES : All three? I am horrible with coming up with initial plots, but I like the outlining and world building once one gets started. Winging it can be fun and a liberating way to light the fuse and see what happens. Memes are always welcome. Be it ice-breakers or to start a new chapter in a story involving our muses.

== MUSE PREFERENCE

GENDER : I am a Female Mun. I can write female muses with ease as that is what have real life experience with. Can I write male muses? Yes, Is it odd, sometimes. Do I ask my RL male friends for advice, 1,000%.

MULTI OR SINGLE : I can work with both. I am a dual muse, though one is “Sir Hasn’t been assed since just after being fleshed out” but who’s to blame him? Though I will reference other Muses in shared verses when given permission. That way the world feels more real? IF that makes any kind of sense.

LEAST FAVOURITE FACECLAIM(S) : Not really? Everyone has an idea when it comes to their Muse(s), and I respect that. 

== FLUFF / ANGST / SMUT

FLUFF: Till the Highland cows come home. But I understand that is not everyone’s cup of tea.

ANGST: I can. Is it my go to? Generally not. Am I avoidant of it? No. Like Fluff it has a time and place, considering I am a slow-burn real life inspired relationship oriented. 

SMUT: I prefer fade to black, but off the dash I can and will write smut. To be honest it is mostly what I write when I need a break from Tumblr. Or life? Hmm... maybe that is something I need to unpack?

preference of communication : Uhm... I prefer DMs. Just so I know basic proof of life? I’m not pushy, nor am I up your nose? I will poke and see if you are okay if I haven’t heard from you in a while. But I admit, communication is my weakness and downfall.

most active muse :  Jayden is slowly getting louder. Then there is the useless lump of werewolf on the couch that I am concerned if he is still breathing. -shrug-

experience / how many years :  I've been writing fanfic since I was in middle school, mostly on my own, but I did get a partner and have more than one composition note book of rp-fic buried in boxes somewhere. But on this platform I have had several failed attempts since.... I wanna say.... 2010? Yeah I know I’m old af. Thank you.

best experience : Since I actually found people to write with Jayden, I have to say that her third active year was the best. I had mutuals, a groove, and just enjoyed writing.

rp pet peeves : Having no Canon Characters, and being a more dominant personality leaning Female Oc... yeah to say finding a foothold or even having someone deign to give me a glance let alone actually read my writing is a bitch with the toxic demands. To say the standards that have been set since the beginning is fucking awful to live up to. Unpopular Opinion, that is sure to get me hate, BUT... as it has come up in many an offline conversation is that *Your Canon was someone’s OC at some point in history!* Just saying, maybe don’t be a dick?

fluff, angst, or smut : Yes? All of them? Though I am not great at writing smut, preferring to fade to black or even move that off the dash. I am not shy about talking about sexual things. I can fluff till the Highland Cows come home. And just don’t ask about Angst. Or if you want just ask @brooklynislandgirl and mention JAHSFF. 

plots or memes : Both?? Both is good.  I prefer plotting even if it takes me 10,000 years and a crick in the neck to even approach you with one to begin with. But Memes are a great ice-breaker. And it gives the chance for Muses to get a first impression. Though existing ships of all kinds are welcome to memes too.

long or short replies :  I am a multi-para writer. I always have been? Meme answers can vary between two and three paragraphs a minimum. I occasionally can do one or to-liners for a meme answer but that is rare.

time to write : For the rest of July, anytime. I just have to actually get off my ass and just write. Between August and May, with Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays being weird. I’m on in early afternoons.

are you like your muses : I mean maybe? 

Jayden is confident, shaped like I wish I was, know what she wants and goes after it. Doesn’t take shit and is loyal to her friends and family. I have the loyalty part. She is proud where I am not. Full of life and spontaneous where I am more introverted and have to plan every single thing down to the minute with back up plans which lead to me bailing on most things. I over think too much where she is one intrusive impulse from getting arrested most of the time.

Avery is different. As he and I share the level headed, mediator, councilor, voice of reason traits. But clearly he is male and over a foot taller than I am. And far more charming than I could ever be. 

Even then they are parts of what I wish I could be. A living fantasy in written form and escape from what I am as a Mun and person.
