Sanitation Station: How to Keep Your Office Germ-Free in New York City
Tumblr media
Maintaining a clean and healthy workplace is essential for the productivity and well-being of employees. In New York City, where commercial spaces are abundant, keeping your office germ-free is an essential task that can help ensure that the workplace is left spotless and ready for the next workday. Here are some tips on how to keep your office germ-free in New York City:
Develop a Cleaning Plan: Before you begin cleaning, develop a cleaning plan that outlines the tasks that need to be done and how often they need to be done. This will help you stay organized and ensure that all areas of the office are cleaned regularly.
Use Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products: Using eco-friendly cleaning products is not only better for the environment, but it can also improve indoor air quality and reduce the risk of health problems among employees. Green Clean and Eco Green Cleaning NYC are two companies that offer eco-friendly cleaning services in New York City.
Focus on High-Touch Surfaces: High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and countertops should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly. This will help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria that can lead to illness.
Carpet Cleaning: Carpets can harbor dirt, dust, and allergens that can affect indoor air quality and cause health problems. Regular carpet cleaning is essential for maintaining a healthy workplace. 4 Star Cleaning and Elite Supreme Cleaning are two companies that offer carpet cleaning services in New York City.
Hire Commercial Cleaning Services: If you don't have the time or resources to clean your office yourself, consider hiring commercial cleaning services in New York City. They can provide a deep clean that will leave your office spotless and ready for the next workday. Onedesk and Cleany Cleaning Services are two companies that offer commercial cleaning services in New York City.
Encourage Employee Participation: Encourage employees to participate in keeping the office clean and organized. This can include wiping down their workstations, throwing away trash, and keeping common areas clean.
Follow Building Regulations: In New York City, there are building regulations that must be followed when cleaning commercial spaces. Make sure to follow these regulations to avoid any fines or penalties.
In addition to these tips, there are some new technologies and techniques that have emerged in the cleaning industry in New York City that can help keep your office germ-free:
Electrostatic Sprayers: Electrostatic sprayers are a new technology that has emerged in the cleaning industry in New York City. These sprayers use an electrostatic charge to distribute cleaning solution evenly across surfaces. This technology can help reduce the amount of cleaning solution needed and improve the efficiency of the cleaning process.
UV-C Light: UV-C light is a new technology that has emerged in the cleaning industry in New York City. This technology uses ultraviolet light to kill bacteria and viruses on surfaces. UV-C light can be used to disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door handles and light switches.
Microfiber Cleaning Cloths: Microfiber cleaning cloths are a new cleaning technique that has emerged in the cleaning industry in New York City. These cloths are made of tiny fibers that can trap dirt and dust more effectively than traditional cleaning cloths. Microfiber cleaning cloths can be used to clean a wide range of surfaces, including high-touch surfaces and carpets.

How often should move-out cleaning be done in an office space?
Move-out cleaning is an essential task that should be done in an office space to ensure that the workplace is left spotless and ready for the next occupants. However, the frequency of move-out cleaning in an office space may vary depending on several factors. Here are some factors to consider when determining how often move-out cleaning should be done in an office space:
Occupancy: The frequency of move-out cleaning in an office space may depend on the occupancy of the space. If the office space has a high turnover rate, move-out cleaning may need to be done more frequently to ensure that the workplace is left spotless and ready for the next occupants.
Cleaning Schedule: Move-out cleaning may be done as part of a regular cleaning schedule. If the office space is cleaned regularly, move-out cleaning may only need to be done periodically.
Type of Business: The type of business may also affect the frequency of move-out cleaning in an office space. For example, a medical office may require more frequent move-out cleaning to ensure that the workplace is left sterile and ready for the next occupants.
Size of Office Space: The size of the office space may also affect the frequency of move-out cleaning. A larger office space may require more frequent move-out cleaning to ensure that all areas of the workplace are left spotless and ready for the next occupants.
Are there any industry standards or guidelines for how often move-out cleaning should be done in an office space
There are no specific industry standards or guidelines for how often move-out cleaning should be done in an office space. However, there are general guidelines for workplace housekeeping that can be applied to move-out cleaning. According to the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS), cleaning and organization must be done regularly, not just at the end of the shift. Integrating housekeeping into jobs can help ensure this is done. A good housekeeping program identifies and assigns responsibilities for the following:
Clean up during the shift
Day-to-day cleanup
Waste disposal
Removal of unused materials
Inspection to ensure the cleanup is complete
In addition, the frequency of move-out cleaning in an office space may vary depending on several factors, including occupancy, cleaning schedule, type of business, and size of the office space. It is important to develop a cleaning plan that outlines the tasks that need to be done and how often they need to be done to ensure that the workplace is left spotless and ready for the next occupants.

Part 2: What Then?
I promise I have a life, but I couldn't help writing part 2 today! This takes place the same day as the "Development Day" when Syd and Carmy are thrown off by each other's answers during an ice breaker activity. Post-season 2. Feel-good fluff.
Tumblr media
"So those are the menu changes for Chicago Restaurant Week. If you have questions, feel free to ask me or Chef Sydney. You should also have an email from Natalie by later today. Okay, let's prep for night service!"
Carmy closed the meeting, grateful that it was finally over. He was no longer afraid of public speaking after rising in the ranks of various kitchens, but his mind was not in this ever since the ice breaker. He, Carmen Berzatto, had made Sydney's favorite meal ever? The last time he prepared the pork confit and the Milk and Honey dishes she mentioned was several years ago. Back then he was at Eleven Madison Park, a rising star on the culinary scene, who chain-smoked, slept 3 hours a night, and was berated by the EC daily. It was a nightmare peppered with flashes of genius. He was dying to ask her about it, but before he could get her attention Sydney had slipped into the kitchen.
He stared disappointed at the window that separated the dining area and kitchen.
"Hey Bear, what's up with you?" Richie said sidling up to him trying to follow his gaze.
"Nothing cousin."
"Yeah, right. I missed when it happened, but it seems like you crashed and had to reboot during the meeting. Then you were lost in Sydney-land. Want to talk about it?"
Carmy rubbed his eyes and raked his hands through his hair. When he used both hands, Richie knew without a doubt he had hit on something.
"First, cool it about Syd. That handout you gave us was really cute. And yes, there's something on my mind, but it's not for me to say."
Richie grinned and rubbed Carmy's shoulder.
"Fine, just get your head together because tonight is going to be loaded and it includes three anniversaries and a birthday. And second, you need to cool it about her or do something. It's like I'm living in The Wonder Years with Kevin and Winnie."
"What?"
"Oh, right. That's probably before your time. Kids!"
With that Richie sauntered over to the host stands to strategize with the wait staff and hosts.
Meanwhile in the kitchen, Sydney who had a thousand things to do, was adding at least a hundred more onto her plate. She didn't want to appear like she had a moment to spare. She and Carmy could talk at the end of the night as usual, without any eavesdropping. This would also give her time to think of an explanation as to why she never mentioned eating at Eleven Madison Park and that she wasn't a stalker who followed him to The Beef. To top off this awkward sundae, Carmy casually admitted his favorite part of the day was closing, the only time they are alone every day. She hoped no one else had connected the dots on that last part.
The afternoon and the night never went quicker to her chagrin. Even when one of the line cooks was sent home due to illness and a large group put in an order for 7 Fishes two minutes before tickets closed, she thought the night couldn't last long enough. Fortunately, Carmy seemed resigned to waiting and didn't look at her more than usual. In a flash service was over and no one was in the mood to hang around. By 11:00pm Sydney had cleaned her station for the third time and forced herself to go to Carm's office. He sat there pretending to do busy work, patiently waiting like a child who consoled himself that his parents wouldn't make him wait too long to open his Christmas presents.
"Hey Syd...it was a good night," he said softly not wanting to scare her away.
Sydney nodded and took a seat. Might as well get it over with it.
"Okay, yes. You made the best meal I've ever had. During a break at the CIA, I went to NYC and ate everywhere on my list, including Eleven Madison Park. It was a Wednesday night and I ordered several things including pork confit and Milk and Honey."
Sydney couldn't help closing her eyes and smiling at the memory. Her guard began to slip.
"Carm, it was like tasting my future and the best part of my past at the same time. I asked the waiter who made those dishes and he said Carmen Berzatto."
Carmen leaned forward on the desk. Whenever Sydney praised him, he felt like a cactus in an unexpected downpour. He wouldn't waste a single word. Her sunny existence and her belief in him sustained him during his dry seasons. He reached for her whenever he looked at the debt they still owed Uncle Cicero, when his mother finally visited The Bear and cried saying that he had erased Mikey, and even when their success seemed too good to be true.
Sydney opened her eyes to find him looking at her in the way he had. It was terrifying because she had a very specific plan for her career. It also thrilled her, knowing the power she had over him. Five months ago, she had been begging for his focus and now she knew every her mood, glance, and word she spoke impacted him. Once for the fun of it during a slow night she stared at him until she drew his attention and smiled. He blushed, smiled back, came towards her without saying "corner", and crashed into one of the servers, sending three Michael cannoli to the floor. That was three months ago when she first realized something was going on with him. She'd refused to abuse her power since, going so far as to convince herself that she was overestimating his feelings. Then he said the best part of his day was closing. She hoped, well sort of hoped, that they could maintain this close, but not too close partnership and friendship without complications.
After a long pause Carmen sighed and sat back in his chair.
"So, how did you find me?"
"Well, like I said when we met, it was the job posting. I recognized your name and also The Beef from my dad taking me here."
She shrugged thoughtfully.
"It felt like it was meant to be. It gave me hope for the first time since Sheridan went under."
He nodded.
"It's really strange. You came here because I inspired you and the only reason, I felt capable of attempting something this big was because of you" he said gesturing to the ceiling.
"Yeah?" Sydney whispered.
"Yeah."
He stood up and walked around to sit on the desk facing her. Now, Sydney felt vulnerable looking up at him. It was so easy for him to unnerve her when he spoke this way, like under the table.
Carmy took one her hands and after a moment brought it to his lips.
"Thank you for telling me, Syd. It means a lot."
Sydney was unable to speak. Her throat had closed.
"Soon, is your one year work anniversary and I think we should celebrate."
She nodded.
Carmy set her hand down.
"It's late. I'll drive you home."
With that they left the office, gathered their stuff, and walked to his car in silence.
As they drove, Sydney attempted to talk herself down. Was that hand kiss, an Italian thing? Possibly. It also seemed like Carmy decided to do...something, but what? Worse, she was feeling like they had traded positions in mere seconds. She'd enjoyed having the upper hand. Oh, well. With a goodnight's rest she'd be back in form tomorrow. Maybe "accidentally" brush past him, or ask him to lift something heavy for her and comment on his strength. Then it would be game over for poor Carmy bear. For now, she wouldn't worry about the work anniversary. It was probably just going to be a cake Carm commissioned Marcus to bake.
Probably.

So uh.... killing yourself for Elon
Or anyone really. But specifically Elon.
My bonafides:
2 dead coworkers, of whom I remember one name. This is a point of deep personal shame.
$2 Million and counting in medical bills
On good days, feeling in 8 out of 10 fingers
5 surgeries (defined as "Something they knocked me out for") and I bet that number goes up
Is working yourself to the bone something worth doing?
Oh yeah. You'd better understand for what though and you'd better have hard red lines. But go get that bag.
Career growth
Learning
$$$$$$$$
You understand what you're doing and what you're giving up? GOOOOOO.
You'd also better understand what your marathon pace is and what your sprint pace is and what that takes out of you before you can go back to marathon pace. Even now, if you need me to pull an all-nighter, I'm good until 3PM the next day, but that night I'm probably going to bed around 5PM and sleeping "until I'm no longer tired" which sometimes means noon.
Specifically, my marathon pace (defined as >= "I have to do laundry and my fridge is empty") is:
8 hours of sleep
A shower
1 cooked meal a day with some protein in
A walk around the block
Clean clothing
4 doctor's appointments a year by default because I need contacts, dental, and a physical.
I have a couple of prescriptions. I need to make it to CVS before they close or I stop breathing.
SOME ability to take deliveries and stuff. Or at least get to Fedex during the hours of Fedex to grab things they're holding for me.
I see the sun at least once a week after the first month
All the things that are needed to make that happen.
My sprint mode is sacrificing some or all of that, but also notice I said sprint. Usain Bolt is very very fast for 9.58 seconds. And then you pay for that.
(Is this prison? Well, I mean, you can't leave prison. And prison doesn't pay $200K/year, albeit a $200K/year where $90K is taxes and $60K is rent and the remaining $50K is going into a Cost of Living where rent is $60K or rent-controlled. But I mean yes, most of you would take that deal on the money side)
Is Twitter a good bag by the standards of tech or San Francisco?
No.
You can absolutely slide up or down the payscale vs. WLB vs. 'Having to live in the Bay Area and pay Bay Area rents" sliders, but right now, Twitter is sort of pants on all of the above and also pants on the career growth, vision, and ability to drive great products people ask of you at more senior levels. Some really good experience that I use later in my career is desperate pivoting, but you can't get a job off of that; The result is extremely awkward interviews.
And what's the upside? There's no check, there's no growth, there's no equity...
Even at a startup, there's a shot at a $10 Million check and just brilliant career growth because you get to build everything. Or if you're done taking risks, you can move to Ohio and make 80-90% of your salary in OHIO from a whole entire house. Or you can move jobs and not work 105 hours/week.
Some really good experience that I use later in my career is desperate pivoting, but you can't get a job off of that; The result is extremely awkward interviews.
Also, I'm pretty sure working at Twitter on those salaries would kill you. We'll get to this.
If you're in an office, you can't be parallel processing
Laundry is simultaneously 3 hours and 25 minutes. Because it's 5 minutes every 45 minutes for 3 hours. If I'm HOME, I can do laundry. If I'm in an office, the laundry machine isn't running.
You will turn money into time
In NYC, there is a helicopter service from Hudson Yards to the airport. This is totally worth it to the sort of person who works in Midtown. Because you turn $200 into an hour.
This is your mindset now.
Amazon is awesome because it means you don't have to travel to a whole entire store. Stuff just shows up and you spend 2 minutes running upstairs to get packages off the front porch.
BUT this means you'd better make enough money that you can convert large fractions of the median American income into time.
Or on the corporate level, the point of the corporate cafe is that you don't HAVE TO go the grocery store because there's a bacon tray full of bacon and now you don't have to buy and cook bacon. Which is why I think getting rid of the corporate cafes is dumb.
Don't move to SFBA for $250K, it's unironically not enough money, but also you really cannot do this specific thing
Maybe if you're 20 and have no life or kids and can do the roommate thing.
12 hours a day isn't 12 hours
Specifically, I hated the San Francisco Bay Area because I had a 90-minute one-way commute. 12 hours is FIFTEEN hours and if you need 8 hours of sleep....
Normally, you wouldn't need that sort of commute.... except it's SFBA. Twitter doesn't pay enough to NOT have that sort of commute. See above about Money into Time and understand that Twitter doesn't pay you enough to turn Money into enough Time. Because San Francisco is so wildly expensive.
2. SF doesn't support the 24-hour lifestyle like NYC does
15 hours is a lot, but also it's 15 specific hours. And there's a decent chance your nearby CVS isn't open when you're home. Or Safeway.
But in NYC, everything is open 24 hours; It's so so ridiculously awesome. You'll feel the pricing more than you'll feel it in SF in many cases, but allergy meds that keep me alive are priceless. And for the specific laundry case, there's a drop-off/pick-up service. So you can absolutely be in the office with a laundry machine running.
As a bonus, there's lovely relatively safe gentrifying neighborhoods within a 45 minute commute of Midtown and Downtown where you make a million bucks a year in finance and can really get serious about this Money -> Time thing.
The right way of doing 12 hour days is actually really awesome
So the way I usually do this is called "Core Hours".
And what this means is that I, a bit of a night owl, work for a PST-based startup from EST and every meeting I have is between noon and 5 EST. Or sometimes, I share a team with Europe and all my meetings are before noon, that's also an option.
So if I have to run errands, I run errands. Or if I was up until 4AM, I sleep until noon (And if we're doing the Europe thing, I don't work until 4AM).
And I'll give you 12 hours, but I, within a certain pretty broad degree of reason, get to pick which hours they are.
In Summary: Twitter will literally fucking kill you. For zero upside.
So right now, Elon has effectively created a world where:
You work 15 hour days
Firefighting
Which are 15 hard-coded specific hours. And they're not even off hours, the nice part about starting a 12-hour day at 4AM is that every store in the world is open at 4PM.
With effectively no PTO ever, even at holidays because that's not "hardcore"
From an office in the most expensive city in the world with some of the longest commutes in the world.
Which is also a city (or at least metro) without much in the way of 24-hour pharmacies or grocery stores
With a terrible package theft problem so you can't even do delivery. to try to deal with those problems.
Do you begin to understand my problems here? Do you understand why when I tried to do this, I went into full-on ICU psychosis after a couple of years?
You're skipping sleep, food, water, mental health...
And not even for a good bag! For a bunch of reasons, I don't want a union, but this is why people make unions people!

All in the family
I finally broached the subject of Fox News and the Big Lie with my Trumper sister. As I suspected, being a Fox-only viewer, she had never even heard of the Dominion lawsuit and exposure of Fox and its 'talent' as bald-faced liars. Here's what I wrote her in response:
I know it must be hard to realize there is a TV network that to all outward appearances is a normal news outlet but is in actuality a sophisticated propaganda operation. Trump, as Joseph Goebbels before him, knew that if you repeat a lie enough times people will believe it because...well...they've heard it so many times it just must be true. Fox follows the same strategy.
Trump's inauguration had the biggest crowd ever. Remember that? The lying started on the first day. Crime is rising and out of control. Cities are too dangerous to go out at night. Lies. NYC is safer than Tallahassee and Atlanta. You'd never know that watching Fox News. Convoys of criminals are swamping the border. False. In any event, the US needs immigration. Who will clean the pools and pick the strawberries?  Yes, current laws are a mess, but that's because the GOP torpedoes every attempt to fix them. Why solve a problem that provides such a juicy cudgel to beat your opponent with?
The US is a broken system right now and I'm not sure it can be fixed. One side is trying to conduct business as usual, even if they are flawed humans and make mistakes. Bridges and roads are finally getting repaired. LGBTQ+ problems are being addressed instead of condemned. Do I agree with every policy the Dems have? Christ I don't even understand some of them. I have to stop and do a mental walk-through to get it straight in my head what a trans woman is. But the other side is destruction and division. Marginalize the poor. Restrict women's right to control her own body. Banning books? The people in history who have done that never come out as the good guys.
Turn away the refugee, despite what their Good Book says. Look the other way when thousands of innocent children are mowed down into grotesque chunks of meat by weapons of war in the hands of other children. It's not 'mental health', it's not 'too soon' to talk about it. It's too many guns of a kind that should never be in civilian's hands.
I have to include one chart, but it pretty much explains why the country you and I grew up in is no longer. The ability to raise a family, buy a house, send your kids to college, and take a vacation every year on one income is long gone. Why? Here's your answer:
Tumblr media
Yes, the chart ends in 2010 but the damage had already been done. What it shows is that the profit made by producing goods and services was diverted away from the people producing them and taken instead by the 'rentier' class -- the owners. How? Well, Reagan broke the unions in his first months in office. (Air traffic controllers strike). The SEC bowed to pressure and for the first time allowed stock buy-backs, meaning companies could direct profits straight to the owners, bypassing the workers. The new oligarchs discovered they could buy the lawmakers and the courts and cut taxes drastically. The gap between the two lines in the chart represents trillions of dollars that were diverted from the workers to the owners. They should have just stuck to share-and-share alike and not gotten so greedy.
I could go on for a long time. There has been so much damage done...
As Jon Stewart said -- I guess I'm woke. I just thought I was good in history.
She basically replied "both sides are dirty" and told me to fuck off.
Oh well.

The Importance of Move-In Cleaning: Why You Should Hire Professional Cleaners Before Moving Into a New Space
New York First: The Importance of Move-In Cleaning
New York City is one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world. It is a city that never sleeps, and it is home to some of the most iconic landmarks, museums, and restaurants in the world. If you are planning to move to New York City, you are in for a treat. However, before you can start enjoying all that the city has to offer, you need to take care of some important tasks, such as move-in cleaning.
New York First
New York City is a city of firsts. It is the first capital of the United States, the first city to have a subway system, and the first city to have a skyscraper. It is a city that is always on the move, and it is home to some of the most diverse and dynamic communities in the world.
If you are planning to move to New York City, you need to be prepared for the fast-paced lifestyle, the crowded streets, and the high cost of living. However, if you are willing to embrace the city's energy and diversity, you will find that New York City is one of the most exciting and rewarding places to live.
The Importance of Move-In Cleaning
Moving into a new space can be an exciting and stressful experience. You have to pack up all your belongings, transport them to your new home, and unpack everything. However, one task that is often overlooked is move-in cleaning.
Move-in cleaning is the process of cleaning your new home before you move in. This includes cleaning the floors, walls, windows, and appliances. Move-in cleaning is important for several reasons:
1. Health and Safety
Move-in cleaning is important for your health and safety. When you move into a new space, you don't know who lived there before you. There could be dust, dirt, and allergens that can cause health problems. Move-in cleaning can help remove these contaminants and make your new home a healthier place to live.
2. Comfort and Convenience
Move-in cleaning can also make your new home more comfortable and convenient. When you move into a new space, you want it to feel like your own. A clean and fresh home can help you feel more comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, move-in cleaning can help you avoid the hassle of cleaning your new home while you are unpacking.
3. Time and Money
Move-in cleaning can also save you time and money. If you try to clean your new home yourself, it can take a lot of time and effort. Additionally, you may not have the right tools and equipment to clean your new home properly. Hiring professional cleaners can save you time and money in the long run.
Why You Should Hire Professional Cleaners
If you are planning to move to New York City, you should consider hiring professional cleaners for your move-in cleaning. Professional cleaners have the experience, tools, and equipment to clean your new home properly. Additionally, they can save you time and money in the long run.
Here are some reasons why you should hire professional cleaners for your move-in cleaning:
1. Experience

And we are off
My husband has the kids at a state nature preserve while I packed and cleaned up the house. All done and enjoying twenty glorious minutes alone on the couch. My Aunt/Uncle, cousin and their two friends are staying while we are gone. NYC rent is too expensive to leave this place empty. My Aunt is so excited. She's had a rough year so I'm glad she'll will get some fun in.
I cannot wait to be swimming at the hotel pool tmrw. For some reason I'm feeling confident about baby boy flying. The flight to California was a true disaster but I think we've figured it out now. Fingers crossed I'm not in denial.
My husband's boss is leaving. They immediately offered him the position. He doesn't really want to take it. Its a big pay raise but will be longer hours at work. He would still be able to leave the office at 5pm but would be up after the kids go to bed working. There is no part of me that feels like either of us have more hours to spare. Baby boy is really draining all of our energy and its still very unclear what supports he will need in the future. At the same time, it will be hard to turn down the extra pay. He is very lucky to get a full pension based on his three highest years pay (thank you govt work in a liberal state). He can retire at 57 - so its not money just for the next few years but for the next 30 + years. I mean this most likely won't be his last promotion but every step upward counts. If he passes away the pension passes to me. Current employees don't get these benefits - he got in right before they changed the rules. He's been there 20 years now. He/we will have the entire vacation to think about it. Nice either way that they offered it to him. He's also had this amazing boss forever. I'm warning him how miserable his life can get if he gets a bad boss.
Baby boys been behaving very well for the past two days. Maybe he's maturing?? Maybe he just has good and bad days?? He is so damn cute. Last night I told him I was taking the girls somewhere. He goes "Oh, okay. You go Japan???" HA! HA! No kid. The next trip to Japan you are coming.
The girls begged to have a pedicure before vacation. I took them last night. Said it was a treat for doing so well in school. Very cute/fun. Bee is so much more girly then I am.
Foster agency is sticking to making us be re-certified. I can't think about it until we are back. Of course, no one has given us an adoption date so no idea when we need to get the trainings over with. Such a massive waste of time.
Baby boys therapies need to be switched from Department of Health to Dept of Education now that he turned three. After a month of pestering, they sent me a list of over 200 evaluation places throughout the city. I called over 20. None have evaluation appts before October. I put us on all of the waiting lists. Will probably try to pay out of pocket for OT, PT, etc until he is adopted and he can go on our private insurance. Its unGodly expensive. Need to figure out what services will help him. A little lost honestly. Weight vests, weighted blankets, crash pads, sensory toys, brush techniques? Will these things help him?? Do we have room for those things (=No). Need to start videoing when he's really unregulated. One-on-one in an OT office is not going to show what we are talking about. Of course, the foster agency doesn't bother responding to my emails related to any of these services. The medical lady used to be the one consistently competent person at the agency. She moved on and of course the new person is useless.
