#Looking at the menu items at the cafe and squinting hard#Pineapple prank aside...#Some people get ... heated.#Over the differences between cottage pie and Pióg an aoire (Shepards Pie)#And to be honest I think initially the name implied it was meant to be made with lamb... but it was mostly whatever red meat was available?#like if you HAD beef by all means use it#But depending on who you ask (dont involve Gordon Ramsey he's team lamb) if its a deep dish pie made with another meat ...#then it's not a shepards pie#But I am squinting so hard soooo very hard at UT's dish choice#Hmmmm.#Things that make me go HMMMM
