Big day yesterday. Got up at 6:30am to walk the furry CEO. Then had to take my brother to the dentist. Picked mum up from her thrift shopping trip. Went to vote for the AUSPOL election and eat a democracy sausage sizzle as per tradition. Fell asleep watching the Rusty Crowe Gladiator movie (still fucking amazing 10/10). Woke up and saw Antony Green call the Labour Party landslide win. Australia is still messed up but moving forward, mayhaps we will be slightly less messed up. Mayhaps. I’m super happy we as a nation rejected the idea of American-style ideas though.
