Pentos is kinda the best bc it’s just a conglomerate of all the major cultures that collide at the ports of the city

Loose robes and flowing fabric are basically canon, given the descriptions in the early Dany chapters. A seaside climate leads me to believe the necessity is in clothes that can have a breeze move through them. Long robes of really any material that can keep you cool during the day, brocaded or belted with fine materials and dyed with rich colors to show off the wealth of the richest of the free cities.
