Hi everyone! atots week 2021 is a seven-day-long celebration for the two months anniversary of the finale and which coincides with ‘Ep 20’ of atots. We are planning themed days with different activities and we hope this will be fun and bring back memories of Pha pun dao for everyone.

The week will last from Friday 4 June to Friday 11 June (ep 20).

We’ll be tracking the hashtag #atotsweek2021 so be sure to include it in your first 5 tags before posting.

Day 1 (Friday 4 June): a tale of thousand creations

This is an invitation to share any of your original content! It can be a drabble, a fic, a gifset, a graphic, a single gif, fanart, fmv, a meta etc. You can create whenever you want, use something you’ve been working on for a while or which has been resting in your draft or just a snippet of a WIP! My initial reaction to each of those questions was ALL OF THEM. But I had to chose sth so here we goooooo:

What is the phutian moment which made you lose your mind/created love for you?

I know I am incredibly predictable but it's the epusode 5, 4:37min o intense staring scene for me. It is my favourite and will always be! It jsut takes my breath away bc has anyone ever been that obviously in love but also that shy? Has anyone ever longed and yearned for another as Tian and Phupha do for each other here? Have you ever witnessed such tender, tentative, pure and innocent ROMANCE?? I rest my case.

What is the Phutian moment which made you the most emotional/cry?

I know it's the shaving scene for everyone but never have I been as stressed as when this long ass dialogue scene dropped

WITH NO GODDAMN SUBTITLES!!!

So I'm choosing this simply bc I lost about 12 years of my life over this experience. But also, the moment Phupha confesses that he thought of Tian as he was lying on the ground thinking about those he loves was in fact a very emotionally charged moment and I love it dearly. They really came so far in that scene, only for everything to fall apart afterwards.

What is the most underrated Phutian moment?

At first I thought there is no Phutian scene we didn't hype the shit out of but after a while I remembered this forgotten gem:

I love how they tease and joke with each other here and how you see them as a part of their community. I'm always a fan of a bit of 'recreational antagonism' (thanks for that brilliant phrase, Q!!) and I imagine this push and pull dynamic is similar to what they'd be like as a couple. While we saw Phupha being greasy in the post credit scene, I think most of the time they're still like this, just two little shits who enjoy getting a rise out of each other way too much.

i don’t experience ‘emotion’ rip to the rest of you but i’m different :))) but hypithetically it would be the episode 9 after credits scene because they both so clearly know what they want and they know it’s mutual, but they’re physically holding themselves back from being together because they know it will only hurt them in the long run. the whole reason they’ve been slowly dancing around each other like this for so long is because they thought they had all the time in the world--and now, suddenly, the don’t. suddenly, they have no time left at all.

What is the most underrated Phutian moment?

the scene where phupha is walking tian back to his house after the Incident of Which We Do Not Speak in episode 4 (i feel like most of the best phutian conversations happen at nighttime--perhaps because it feels like it’s just the two of them there in the darkness. anyway, the warmth in phupha’s eyes when he looks at tian, and tian’s expression when phupha says “fun dee” to him = <333

atotsweek2021 day 3: I just want to talk to you

Ask me again to answer these and i'd probably change all my answers because those two hornbills invented love so many times it's hard to frigging keep track, man. Also, I know atots is not a love story (ha) but who would have thought, some of my all time fav moments also happen to be Phutian moments, so i'm going into this trying not to repeat anything I mentioned in the day 2 post.

What is the phutian moment which made you lose your mind/created love for you?

A lot of ink has been spilled on this moment. What hasn't been said about this? We all ascended to another plan of existence.

When I first watched the final trailer, that left shot was the moment which I was looking out to the most because it offered a very different dynamic as compared to the rest of the trailer. I had no idea it was going to be even more emotional than I expected. The intensity of their emotions. Their yearning. There's so much they are saying, and so much is left unsaid but they don't have to say it, 'Im sorry' and 'thank you' is enough. also they were wanted to jump on each other so bad in that scene.

What is the Phutian moment which made you the most emotional/cry?

For anyone who has spent 2 seconds on my blog, they know how obsessed I am over the hornbill scenes. It's a beautiful, honest and tender moment between two men who just start to learn more about each other in the quiet of nature and it's a lil bit of angtsy AND romantic foreshadowing. I just love how this scene is shot and directed and it's an atots scene which will stay with me forever no matter who cliche it might be for some! Rewatching this scene which happens so early on in the series will always make me emotional for what's about to happen to Phupha and Tian, both the bad, low points and the talat pai.

The most underrated Phutian moment:

The fond look they have when the other is interacting with the kids phutian season 2 as parents when.

When it's revealed that Phupha wrote Tian a letter, translating Torfun's last wish and I cannot say what he wrote in that letter cause it makes me want to cry and it's revealed that they stayed together until the sun rise on the cliff and Phupha's eyes were brimming with tears when Tian could not see and....healed the disappointment from Phupha not showing up to drop Tian off and showed how their goodbye was breaking the both of them. (of course he was not going to show up people, makes absolute sense)

*laughs nervously* i keep including this everywhere HELP ME. But also no, when their fingers touched, stars were born, galaxies were made and no I will not elaborate on this <33

What is the Phutian moment which made you the most emotional/cry?

🤡🤡🤡🤡 still the ep3 finger touching scene. That was the first time I cried while watching atots so 😫. But i think the scene that made me cry the MOST will be the ep8 post credit scene my beloved <3

BUT BUT we're not done yet, idk if crying means like omg this is so beautiful i cri or omg everything hurts im in PAIN cri so I'm gonna include the scene that hurt me the most. The ep9 cliff scene 🤡 it was so painful helppp me 🤧🤧🤧

What is the most underrated Phutian moment?

OMG I SAID THIS IN MY LAST ANSWER. WHY DOESNT ANYONE TALK ABOUT THE THAI KISSING IN SMELL IT THERES NO SMELL LEFT THATS MY HAND IT SMELLS NICE SCENE. But anyway since I already included that once, I'd choose this one instead.

I feel like I'm the only idiot who always gifs this scene. Anyway, they thought that this sunrise was their last moment together 🥺🥺 But actually, it was the first sunrise they watched together and every event after this lead to them finding their way back to each other 🤧🤧 So like I view this scene as the start of their relationship. How they thought it was the end but it was only the beginning. ( I still cant explain this scene well ughhh where are my smart meta writer friends, yes maria im looking at you) Also another reason why i like this scene is that its fun to color it and I actually do have an idea with this scene which will be my submission for the final day ep 20/ june 11th 🤭🤭
