“Thy life is at my disposal, my soul at thine.”
Oh, I love them so much...
Inspired on the sculpture "The death and the Maiden" by Pierre Eugène Émile Hébert. I'm actually quite proud of this one, it was wonderful the sensation of feeling their sufferings as I was painting it... Also Frollo's arm looks kinda hot and I like that

I had a theory on how I could make my painting process more efficient so I had to test it out. Turns out that it works! Although, I still need to test it on a painting made from imagination. Anyway, those studies were based on sculptures maded by Pierre-Eugène-Émile Hébert & Antoine-Denis Chaudet (?) at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.

A Masterlist of Underused French Names
So as a French person, I grew a little bit tired of seeing the same old French names over and over again. So under the cut is a list of 260 (185 first names and 105 surnames) underused French names, based on my experience, with the bolded ones being my favorites! And now don’t get me wrong, many of those names are not strictly French, and are in other languages too. But just know they are used in French too, so they can be used for your French character if needed. And there are obviously a lot of other names you can go for!

An incredibly beautiful sculpture by Pierre-Eugène-Émile Hébert exhibited at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts - I can see all the stuff I'm missing or messing up as I draw, but I am really excited to see my progression. I never drew from life so much really, so this is new and helps me practice technique - something I never really did before.
