So there are these two blonde twins, a boy and a girl who attends the same school and are in the same class. They come from a rich family, but they are also very talented in the same field. They are both gay but somehow have this very weird and very close relationship where they do everything together, but there is also a powerinbalence between them. The guy is bi in Canon and the girl is technically straight but most people ignore that. Also they are both the antagonist and loveintrest somehow. Can you guess who i am talking about?

True! Though even if they were open to it you gotta remember that there are other things that make that complicated. I mean it's going to take a while until a diamond could really be in a healthy relationship with a "lower" gem. Every other relationship in the show worked because both participants were more or less on even grounds.

But an ordinary gem might just "enforce" a powerinbalance in the relationship themself. I think it'd take a looong time until any gem feels really equal to a diamond. And even longer to develop a romantic relationship of any kind.
