      Logiq Design, echipă de tineri dedicați pasiunii lor, având un singur “defect”, perfecționalismul. Cu o experiență vastă de peste 6 ani, specialitatea noastră rămâne dezvoltarea magazinelor online. În prezent ne mândrim cu cele peste 50 de proiecte realizate cu succes și cu clienți satisfăcuți de activitatea noastră. După cum am menționat anterior, specialitatea noastră este dezvoltarea magazinelor online. Lucrăm pe diferite platforme (WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart, etc.), în funcție de cerințele clienților, însă preferata noastră este Magento 2.
În acest moment Magento 2 este cea mai puternică platformă de e-commerce și este folosită de cei mai mari comercializanți din lume (Samsung, Nike, Ford, etc.). Magento 2 ne pune la dispoziție instrumente puternice de marketing, flexibilitate și control asupra cumpărătorilor, conținutului și al funcționalității. Punem accent pe lucrurile bine făcute și de aceea ținem să ne ocupăm de magazinul online al clientului de la punctul de idee/vis până la atingerea conversiilor mult dorite și nu numai. Înainte de a da startul unui proiect vrem să știm totul despre acesta și ce asteptări are clientul nostru.
Deseori ne “lăudăm” că ne diferențiem de concurență prin faptul că facem tot posibilul de a transpune cu exactitate afacerea offline a clientului (dacă există) într-una online. După o discuție lungă cu clientul nostru, după ce avem toate detaliile cerințelor/așteptărilor notate dăm startul proiectului. Designerii și programatorii noștri fac adevarate minuni pe platforma Magento 2 și în decurs de câteva săptămâni (depinde de complexitatea proiectului) livrăm un magazin online optimizat și responsive gata să depășească orice concurență.
Cu toții știm că un site actualizat în mod regulat va crește numarul de vizitatori, iar motoarele de căutare vor indexa paginile mult mai rapid. Tocmai din acest motiv majoritatea clienților nostri, după finalizarea proiectului, apelează la noi și pentru serviciile de Mentenanță pentru schimbări de structură, modificări/adăugări de conținut, bannere, oferte, etc.
Cheia pentru succesul continuu al oricărui site web este un plan de mentenanță bine pus la punct. Face posibilă trimiterea automată a unui SMS sau e-mailodată cu finalizarea unei comenzi care va include de asemenea și starea comenzii, dacă a fost sau nu procesată, perioada de livrare și modalitatea de plată.
