Namenjen je, da se vtre v kožo! Morali jo boste zmasirati v kožo dokler se ne čuti več mokro, če boste pustili, da ostane na površini kože, bo začel kar hitro izhlapevati, ker je gel na osnovi alkohola in boste izgubili veliko zdravila. Veliko zdravila se bo tako tudi izgubilo, ker se bo preneslo na oblačila in druge površine. Ne potrebuje veliko drgnjenja, samo prepričaj se, da tvoja koža ni več mokra na dotik in če ste še zmeraj zaskrbljeni po tem, lahko dodaš plast losjona po tem, ko ste ga vtrli v kožo in se ne čuti več mokro, da lahko naredi pregrado med zdravilom in tvojim oblačilom ter drugim površinam.

Ko začneš jemati HNZ (hormonsko nadomestno zdravljenje) v novi obliki, je le normalno, da še ne veš, kaj počneš prvih nekajkrat, ko ga vzameš. Gotovo se spomnem, da sem bilo sprva zelo nervozno o delanju svojih injekcij, prvo sem celo dal svojemu/ji najboljšemu/i prijatelju/ci/_ za naredit, ker sem bilo tako zaskrbljeno, da bi ga zamočilo. V redu je! Na srečo so spremembe od HNZ namenjene, da pridejo kar počasi, torej četudi nekajkrat ‘zamočiš’ je še v redu. Dokler vtrete gel v kožo dokler ni več mokro na dotik, bi morali biti v redu! Če imaš še kakšna vprašanja, kar vprašaj! Srečno na tvoji poti!

This might be a silly question but is tgel supposed to be rubbed in when applied or was I just supposed to just swipe it on? I recently swapped to gel after struggling with injections for months so today was my first shot and was fearful that I might have goofed up (even more so given my last injection was on the 31st...)

hello good question!

it's meant to be rubbed into the skin! you'll want to massage it into the skin until its no longer wet feeling, if it's let to stay on the surface of the skin it will begin evaporating pretty quickly due to the gel being alcohol based and you will lose a lot of the medication. a lot of the medication will also get lost this way by being transferred on to clothing and other surfaces. it doesn't take much rubbing, just make sure that your skin doesn't still feel wet to the touch, and if you're still concerned beyond that, you can apply a layer of lotion after you have rubbed it into your skin and it no longer feels wet to help create a barrier between the medication and your clothes and other surfaces.

i think when someone starts taking HRT in a new format, it's only natural to not know what you're doing for the first few times you take it. i certainly know i was very nervous about doing my own injections at first, i even had my best friend at the time do my first one because i was nervous about messing it up. it's alright! luckily the changes from HRT are supposed to come on pretty slowly so if you do 'mess up' a few doses it's alright. as long as you make sure to rub the gel into your skin until it no longer feels wet to the touch, you should be good! if you have any more questions feel free to ask! good luck with your journey!

Skaručna, Jakob Alešovec

Starša Jurij in Polona Alešovec sta bila nemalo razočarana ob novici, da njun nadarjeni sin Jakob, rojen 25. 10. 1842, na Skaručni pod Šmarno goro predčasno zapušča ljubljansko gimnazijo. Kljub zelo skromnim življenjskim razmeram sta oba dala velik prispevek na njegovi poti dijaka. Mladi Jakob se je nato začel preživljati z deli v knjižnici, kot hišni učitelj in z delom v tiskarni. Sprva je pisal za nemške časopise, pisal in prevajal igre in v ljubljanskem nemškem gledališču tudi igral vloge.1867 je stopil na pot poklicnega novinarja in pisatelja. Med leti 1867 in 1885 je izdajal prvi slovenski satirično politični list Brencelj, v katerem je šibal napake sodobnikov. Hitro je začutil tegobe svojega dela, saj je bil časopis večkrat zaplenjen, izrečena mu je bila tudi zaporna kazen. Ime Brencelj se je prijelo tudi Alešovca samega, ker je bil na naslovni strani lista leteči brencelj z njegovo podobo. Zelo dejavno je sodeloval s številnimi časopisi tistega časa v katerih je objavljal članke o političnih in družbenih dogodkih. Sedem od njih jih je nato objavil v knjižni obliki, kar kaže na njegovo veliko priljubljenost med bralci. Njegovo najznamenitejšo delo je avtobiografski roman "Kako sem se jaz likal" iz 1884. Leto 1885 ni pomenilo samo konec Brenclja, ampak tudi njega samega, tako v telesnem kot duševnem pogledu. Vzrok za bolezensko stanje je tičal v obolelih očeh in družinskih razmerah. Začela se je njegova trnova pot, razpeta med hiralnico, beračenjem po ljubljanskih ulicah in deželno bolnico, v kateri je našel svoj konec 17. 10. 1901. Spominsko razglednico je založila B. Sevar iz Ljubljane. Sliki v slavnostnem in trnovem ovalu s podobo pisatelja je naredil slikar Ivan Vavpotič. Prva prikazuje čas njegove slave, druga pa čas bolečega zatona. Razglednico je 1910 odposlal Tomo Zupan (1839-1937), duhovnik, prešernoslovec, literarni zgodovinar, pesnik in pisatelj. Njegova mati je bila sestrična Franceta Prešerna.

JavaScript – top

There is one js file that includes the necessary code for AutoThumbs VR – autothumbs-vr.js. By default vertical rhythm is set to vGrid = 24 for a vertical rhythm unit of 24px. To change the vertical rhythm unit, open the js/autothumbs-vr.js or 16×9/js/autothumbs-vr.js and set vGrid to your selected value (without “px”).

To customise the aspect ratio, edit the x=4 and y=3 variables (4×3) in file js/autothumbs-vr.js or x=16 and y=9 (16×9) in file 16×9/js/autothumbs-vr.js and set them up accordingly, considering that x corresponds to the longest side and y to the shortest side of a thumbnail. Bootstrap 4.1.3 JS (bootstrap.min.js) and jQuery 3.3.1 (jquery.min.js) are included too.
