I have always been interested in occult aesthetics, so I wanted to use the Dada project to explore this.  Angelina Jolie is one of the most notorious "members" of the Illuminati, so I wanted to focus on her being chained up in hell with other "Illuminati" celebrities.  I gave her some piercings and Satanic tattoos to emphasize her "evil" look.  I also put a tarantula crawling out of/into her mouth because there is a video of her eating spiders and scorpions, which many people cite as evidence of her involvement in the Illuminati, even though the video actually depicts her teaching some of her adopted children about their Cambodian heritage.

Going into this project I had no idea what I was going to do, but I realize whenever I start a project I always listen to music so I came up with the idea of getting “Lost in Music”. We have a young kid who had a rough day plugged into his iPod trying to escape reality by listening to music. His parents try and reach out to see what is wrong but he slowly fades away as he transports into another world that only consists of music.

the year is 2084. the earth is basically hell. the flora and fauna have horrifically mutated to adapt to the high radiation levels, of which are at an all time high all around the globe. almost every remaining person has been forced to retreat to these places the government built in space juuuust above the earth, since they had been predicting the world’s downfall for *decades* at this point. some stubborn people decided to stay, and so they were sent to designated areas that had the least amount of radiation (still incredibly unsafe, but able to support life).

after they had gotten everybody they could into space safely, a highly respected woman by the name of [REDACTED], better known as Pilot 001, decided to propose a plan to save the earth and bring everything back to normal. through discussion, negotiation, and a little bit of bribery, her plan eventually came to fruition. Project Five: Safe Haven had begun. several gigantic, powerful robots, all designed for specific duties, were built, made to be piloted by people. units of pilots were hired in groups of ten, the first ten getting a special place in Pilot 001’s court. all pilots are highly respected—especially the first ten—and it is seen as an honorable job to have, and an extremely hard one to get at that.

ALSO I DONT HSVE A PROPER EXPLANATION WRITTEN OUT FOR THIS PART BUT UM there’s an organization (unnamed as of now) that’s going against project 5 because pilot 001 has a HISTOOORRYY of bad plans and it’s practically a miracle that this one is even working out to any extent . may or may not be run by someone who was close to pilot 001 in the past. teehee.

MY DOCUMENTARY FINAL PIECE- SPRING BREAK.

For this project I wanted to create something that reflected some of the stereotypical things women are associated with, but also put that off balance with things that people don’t normally associate with women as well as some quotes that deal with gender equality or societal expectations of women. The model in the center, Brigid Bardot, was made a sex symbol at 15. I pulled quotes from Pulp Fiction, Pussy Riot, and more. And as you look closer at the piece there are other little things you can spot such as a piece of checkerboard tiles in a classic kitchen, normally associated with women.

1:1 Red

The color red proves to be the most difficult and the sculpture with the most fragile balance. The structure cannot stand on its own and is supported by the wall. I struggled to find objects of the color red and throughout the video the sculpture sits alone for quite some time as the clock hangs above. The red contrasts against the wall in a very harsh way as the materials used lean against it.
