Is a big one for me. After being a QA game contractor for roughly 12-13 years I've been finally offered a full time position at a company I freakin' love being at. 

Though I have a lot that I want to do outside of work, and will still be working towards those things, being where I am right now is the most challenging, wonderful, and fun place I've been in a long time. Even when I am stressed to the gils I know I have someone there to point (or push lol) me into the right directions and see what I need to do to make things better.

Pls don't blame QA testers for the bugs in the games you buy

Because let me tell you they saw them and promptly reported them to the Development team. But when you report a bug, that you as a tester, know that it will be annoying and/ or ruin the players experience and the answer you receive is either will not fix, as designed or cannot reproduce even though that shit can be reproduced at any time all you can do is sigh, get angry and hope that it will be fixed by accident.

Take Assassins Creed Unity for example and its million bugs, I will not believe that not a single tester did not fell through the map at any point during the game, because I fell through it multiple times so that shit is not hard to reproduce, hell I even developed a slight fear of jumping down from buildings and street laps in that game due to that bug.

But do I blame the QA? No, because I know it's not their fault, talking from experience as a QA tester here, and that they did their job. So please don't blame them and please understand that when you test a game for months if not years you stop seeing shit that is not glaring obvious again real experience here.
