Seated Lower Body Stretch || Hips & Legs || 37 Min
Our hips, hamstrings, glutes and quads need some love from time to time.  If you have been neglecting or overworking your lower body, it will thank you in about 35 min.  We will spend some time creating space in the joints, lengthening the muscles, releasing fascia and other soft tissues to help relieve tightness and soreness.  Remember to be gentle and kind, and allow your body to just melt into the "right places". Never force things that aren't ready to happen...that's pretty true in life😉. You will definitely feel energised and uplifted. 🙌 Depending on your fitness level, you can start from as low as 3 repetitions and keep adding one each day until you reach your comfortable maximum. Let's say around 10. 🙌 First day start with 1 round.
