IV. Behavioral Profile – Employee IO-144-611

Subject: Employee IO-144-611 Tenure: [REDACTED] Position: Regional Implantation Supervisor Clearance Level: Tier II – Override Authorization Security Clearance: Revoked as of [REDACTED]

Following confrontation and seizure of his local system access logs, Employee IO-144-611 was detained and subjected to a Tier III Psychological Assessment. During this evaluation, the root of the concealment was uncovered.

Hi anon! So for the JP versions of Ikeseries games, they're not bound to emails, but rather, you set a password for your ID. @/archiveikemen had a guide here on how to set up account transfers and then recover on a new device for Ikevil.

If you still have your old device, you can set it up the password and then do the account recovery on your new device. If you don't, then it's likely that your account is lost 😢 I say "likely" because at least in my experience with iOS, when I transfer all my data over, app account info gets transferred over too if you're using the same apple id so I don't have to do the recovery stuff. But if you have android, then I don't know. However, if when you go past the title screen and it takes you to a fresh account, then yeah......

Ok, there are so many titles up here today, BUT two of them are less than a minute long (one being literally three seconds) and it felt like a wasted post with out any point at all. When I saw the first recommended video (which you can see here), I knew I was gunna have to do some pre watch research. This is what I found:

A Keepon Pro was a social robot designed for interaction and research with children. This little yellow cutie (pictured below) interacted with people and did little dances when music was playing! This cute little guy was used and observed to “elicti positive engagement from children of varying social ability” according the their website (beatbots.net). Under the control of a therapist, it was used on children of varying ability to study their social behaviors. Pretty freaking neat!

Back back to Philip, I was NOT PREPARED for this video. I have been informed by a close friend that there was so much more waiting for me in these later videos. Using a bluesheet and some stuffies, phil essentially recreated the previous video, but added interesting background behind his dancing characters like Freddy Kruger, Airplanes, and conventionally sexy women. That’s it. Thats the whole video. What a time to be a youtuber.

YouTube launched its mobile web front end in June of 2007, and the YouTube app was released in 2007 for iOS devices and later for Android devices. In July 2007, YouTube actually partnered with Verizon Wireless to allow mobile phone users to submit videos through MMS! 

This video is three seconds long with a description that simply says ‘fail’. Someone, presumably on of Phil’s university friends opens some kind of pressurized can or bottle and it just explodes all over him and he screams. You can kind of here Phil laugh behind the camera, but thats it. If we had had it, this would have been an instagram story, I can almost guarantee!

I knew by the title that this was a song, I have barely recovered from the Re: Keepon video, but here we go!

IT’S OFFICIAL MY FELLOW PHANNIES! We have officially entered the Emo!Phil Era.This video was dark and a little sad. It hurt my heart to think about what of thise was creativity and how much of this was how he was actually, truely feeling. (Makes my heart happy to know that in a few short yers, he would meet his actual soulmate.) There is a secondary plot about an alien wanting and stealing his soul, but watching this, I know that this was peak creativity and talent. The lighting, the plot, the dialouge. I live, laugh, love this video.

Defense Witches Spinoffs

Hello everyone happy 12 anniversary :D Let's talk about something a little bit obscure within this game's history Spinoff games :D In total, there are 3 Defense Witches Spinoff Games, an alternate version of Defense Witches and one of the Spin Off's, and Miscellaneous games that both companies developed.

Now for starters lets start with the one and only spin-off game Newgate created for this series

Magical Puzzle 2048 (Newgate Version) (December 18, 2014)

Damn this version is going to be 10 years old in a couple of months If you couldn't tell from the title, Newgate's Defense Witches spinoff is based on 2048, a sliding puzzle game. This is one of two versions of the game that have been published and, in my opinion, the better one. Only released on iOS devices, this version allows you to play offline, as demonstrated from the video above, which is around a year old as of this writing. You can also tap either Daisy or Cornet (whomever is uptop) and they'll say one of their lines. :D Now as for the Stargarage version...

Magical Puzzle 2048 (Stargarage Version) (July 7, 2016)

Much like the first one, this spinoff game is Stargarbage Stargarage's spinoff of the game 2048; however was made for Android and replaced the Newgate version on the iOS stores. This version... has so many issues. Here's some of the changes they made to the original.

added a lives system which slowly recovered a heart overtime limiting your tries or attempts in one session (combated if you paid for lives)

Power ups such as a time stopper and a bomb to remove tiles (for purchase)

The game needed servers to play and can't be played offline so another game lost due to Stargarage's greed the servers being shut down

Breaking away from the 2048 theme of the other spinoff game made by Stargarage...

Puzzle Witches (January 27, 2016)

Puzzle Witches was Stargarage's take on the Match 3 puzzle genre, released on both iOS and Android devices. This game was never translated into English; however, it was available globally for download. This game featured a standard mode where you race to lower a bot's health and progress through stages and a live combat mode where you can challenge other players to a battle racing to see who can lower who's health to 0 first with events surrounding this game mode with leaderboards. This is also where the gacha system seen in Defense Witches 2 was first introduced. This gacha system is the main method of obtaining characters needing crystals to pull them, with the rarest versions of characters being the girl's alternate costumes (which I'll post later, but be warned, the game graphics for the character were really low-quality)

Another Version

Okay, this is the strangest thing minus an APK, a wiki page, and these saved screenshots of the app page showing it existed. Apparently, there were Korean versions of both Defense Witches (March 17, 2017) and Puzzle Witches (March 2, 2017)? Other than that, there isn't much information about them online. (Though idk guys I think these were made in 2017 just a funny feeling)

Unrelated to Defense Witches But Made By the Companies

Now, these games aren't related to Defense Witches at all, except they were made by the same companies involved with DW. Starting with Newgate Mendako Adventure (April 04, 2014) was their take on a flappy bird-like game. Oh boy this one is 10 years old x-x

Stargarage on the other hand had Dark Blade EX (May 25, 2016) which was their take on a stickman action platformer (They claim RPG but it was more of a platformer)

So yeah, these are some of the strange and bizarre spinoff games or alternate versions of the games that existed before Stargarage made them disappear which is kinda ashamed they aren't talked about more. (but understandable so)

[Review] Halo: Spartan Assault (PC)

A cromulent Halo twin-stick shooter.

Off the back of their Xbox 360 twin-stick shooter Gatling Gears, Dutch studio Vanguard Games (who have gone through half a dozen name changes in their twenty-year history) were contracted by Microsoft to make a new twin-sticker set in the Halo universe. Although apparently their first prototypes were converting the traditional FPS gameplay to mobile devices, so there goes that narrative. Either way, Spartan Assault ended up not only on Windows 8 touch devices but console and PC as well, even getting a port to iOS.

Now I already played the sequel to this (Spartan Strike) long ago on my iPad, where I had a decent time despite disappointment with the vaguely-defined player character and the post-Halo 4 setting. I'm sorry but if I hear the words Promethean, Didact, UNSC Infinity, Spartan-IV, etc. I kind of tune out; basically I'm ambivalent about the direction of the franchise post-Bungie.

Assault's plot *is* about some Spartan-IVs with a framing story on the Infinity, but it keeps things simple and self-contained. Your foes are simply a Covenant remnant trying to recover Forerunner weapons on an alien planet/moon system. The weapon set takes a few things from 3 and Reach but on the whole was very familiar to me, and having just come off Halo Wars I was pleased that they incorporated a few vehicles that are otherwise exclusive to that game and its sequel.

The premise is that you're playing a training simulation that recreates the Spartan heroics of Sarah Palmer (who shows up in many of those post-Bungie games) and some other jobber who dies halfway through the campaign. This virtual reality premise explains away any inconsistencies like not having to reload, freeing it up to be a better twin-stick shooter. The bite-size missions then represent key moments in the adventure, filled in with narration and motion-comic cutscenes in between. Can the plucky human spirit and the Spartans' abilities overcome the power-hungry alien threat? What do you think??

At this point the PC version I played (on Steam Deck, with two sticks as intended) contains an extra episode added in an update, an epilogue event that feels like a step up in difficulty. Not included is an online co-op exclusive episode which was only added to the 360/Xbone versions, where you battle the Flood through a Forerunner installation; this faction is totally absent from the base game and its sequel, so it's too bad this content is locked in this way. Oh well.

The shooty bang-bang gameplay feels good, Halo's unique weapons and mechanics integrated well into this new format. The levels are short and sweet, so it's ok that there aren't mid-level checkpoints; the idea is to retry them for a better score, perhaps with modifiers like difficulty-enhancing skulls or bonus weapons. There's turrets and vehicles to break things up, and canny use of grenades and limited ammo resources are important. As with Halo Wars, it's a polished and cromulent conversion of Halo to a new genre. That's all I need to say.
