If I interpreted the conversations correctly, the numbers given to the hargreeves children can be changed and represent status and how 'useful' their powers are

Then how. How did Reginald assign the numbers to the umbrellas. What was he on.

Personally, I would have ranked Allison and Five higher up, idk what Reginald was on about
