Teams should be allowed to run two cars in testing Russell | RaceFans Round-up

In the round-up: Mercedes driver George Russell says he would like to see F1 teams allowed to run two cars simultaneously during testing in future. In brief Teams should be allowed to run two cars in testing – Russell F1 teams will conduct their only three-day pre-season testing this week in Bahrain, but are only permitted by the regulations to run a single car at any time. Russell believes that is too restrictive on drivers. “Personally speaking, I don’t think three days is enough,” Russell told media including RaceFans. “You’ve got to remember from a driver’s perspective, that is one-and-a-half days per driver. We were fortunate to do the [tyre] tests last week but, had we not, that would have been getting on for 12 weeks out of the car from Abu Dhabi to Bahrain. “I think three days with two cars would probably be a good place to be, and I think that would probably be the best compromise for all of the reasons why they’re trying to limit it. But right now, one and a half days per driver I think is too few.” Mercedes junior Antonelli secures FRMEC title with race to spare Mercedes junior driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli secured the Formula Regional Middle East Championship at the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi. Antonelli finished down in 14th in race two of the weekend after earning a ten second penalty for hitting Sebastian Montoya. However, Taylor Barnard only finished ninth, meaning Antonelli was officially out of reach in the championship with a race to spare. It is Antonelli’s third single-seater championship in just over one full season of car racing and his first at Formula Regional level. Pepe Marti and Nikita Bedrin won the two races. Wharton takes F4 UAE title after crash with rival Taponen Ferrari academy driver James Wharton claimed the UAE F4 championship title after a dramatic opening lap crash with team mate and rival Tukka Taponen in the final race at Yas Marina. Wharton began the race from pole with a 20 point lead over Taponen who started third. The two Mumbai Falcons drivers clashed at the fourth corner of the race, with Wharton retiring on the spot with suspension damage. Taponen recovered to the pits, but could not continue, making Wharton champion. McLaren junior driver Ugo Ugochukwu won the race to secure third in the series, while Red Bull junior Arvid Lindblad also retired on the opening lap. Let’s Rewrite F1 History! 1996-?

Just in case, you are wondering what has happened to the second season of the Alternate F1 Universe using the 2019 mod, there was a technical issue with the actual save file that prevent it from working as intended. Mainly, due to the driver’s being in the wrong positions within the team and the inability to fix it as I wanted to. So, sadly we never get to see the follow-up to the 2019 mod series. Thankfully, I was thinking about doing another series like the first series, but this time using the “default” GPM2 game itself as a base, and actually controlling all of the teams excluding one team, which must be left as AI Controlled. So, buckle up, and get ready for a brave new world of Formula 1! 

It’s 1996 and the FIA has finally decided to officially streamline the engine formula for the next decade or so. This new engine formula will be three liter V12’s only, so no more V10’s or V8’s are allowed. This was done to ensure that the racing will still be exciting at all times and requires driver skill above everything else. This also means that many notable engine makers of this era were forced to exit F1 and some previous engine makers have returned back to this loud new era along with new suppliers on top of it! In conclusion, we have six total engine makers in F1. They are Ferrari, Honda (who returns to F1 officially after three years of being Mugen-Honda and suppling customer V10 engines to various teams during that time), BMW (back in f1 officially for the first time since the end of 1987. Yes, the Megatron-badged engine in the 1988 Arrows was in fact based on the BMW M12/13 I4 Turbo engine), Rolls Royce (first time ever in F1), Maybach (first time ever in F1), and Lamborghini (back in F1 after two years away from the sport, was almost an engine supplier with McLaren in 1994 before Ron Dennis decided to try the Peugeot engines that ill-fated year with lackluster results at best). 

The Race Calendar:

It’s the same one used as in the real-life 1996 F1 season with one change, the Nurburgring gets dropped in favor of the Kyalami circuit in South Africa which last appeared in 1993. Other than that, no other changes were made.

It remains the classic: 10-6-4-3-2-1, as it was in real life

After a lengthy process of reshuffling drivers through the draft lottery and a fantasy driver’s draft and reassigning engine contracts, here’s the new 1996 entry list, and be prepared for a lot of changes up and down the grid!

Notoriamente é um homem sem a mínima condição de ser um julgador, mormente como ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). Erros e afrontas a Constituição Federal tem sido corriqueiros, além de ataques intransigentes a decisões pacificadas do próprio STF. Um absurdo. Esta semana, em uma nova uma canetada completamente ilegal, Toffoli determinou liminarmente que o teto para os salários nas universidades do país devem seguir os vencimentos dos ministros do STF. A decisão suspendeu qualquer interpretação e aplicação de subteto aos professores e pesquisadores das universidades estaduais, que tinham como referência os salários dos governadores dos respectivos estados. Porém, certamente a liminar não irá prosperar, pois afronta diretamente a súmula 339 do STF, que diz o seguinte: Não cabe ao Poder Judiciário, que não tem função legislativa, aumentar vencimentos de servidores públicos sob fundamento de isonomia. Como se não bastasse, a decisão também contraria o artigo 37 da Constituição: Art. 37. A administração pública direta e indireta de qualquer dos Poderes da União, dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Municípios obedecerá aos princípios de legalidade, impessoalidade, moralidade, publicidade e eficiência e, também, ao seguinte: X - a remuneração dos servidores públicos e o subsídio de que trata o § 4º do art. 39 somente poderão ser fixados ou alterados por lei específica, observada a iniciativa privativa em cada caso, assegurada revisão geral anual, sempre na mesma data e sem distinção de índices; XI - a remuneração e o subsídio dos ocupantes de cargos, funções e empregos públicos da administração direta, autárquica e fundacional, dos membros de qualquer dos Poderes da União, dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Municípios, dos detentores de mandato eletivo e dos demais agentes políticos e os proventos, pensões ou outra espécie remuneratória, percebidos cumulativamente ou não, incluídas as vantagens pessoais ou de qualquer outra natureza, não poderão exceder o subsídio mensal, em espécie, dos Ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal, aplicando-se como limite, nos Municípios, o subsídio do Prefeito, e nos Estados e no Distrito Federal, o subsídio mensal do Governador no âmbito do Poder Executivo, o subsídio dos Deputados Estaduais e Distritais no âmbito do Poder Legislativo e o subsídio dos Desembargadores do Tribunal de Justiça, limitado a noventa inteiros e vinte e cinco centésimos por cento do subsídio mensal, em espécie, dos Ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal, no âmbito do Poder Judiciário, aplicável este limite aos membros do Ministério Público, aos Procuradores e aos Defensores Públicos; XII - os vencimentos dos cargos do Poder Legislativo e do Poder Judiciário não poderão ser superiores aos pagos pelo Poder Executivo; XIII - é vedada a vinculação ou equiparação de quaisquer espécies remuneratórias para o efeito de remuneração de pessoal do serviço público; Toffoli é uma lástima em conhecimentos jurídicos e completamente ignorante com relação aos ditames da Constituição Federal. da Redação O jornalismo em que você confia depende de você. Track&Field cai 0,43% em dia de estreia na bolsa

Empresa levantou R$ 522 milhões em oferta inicial de ações As ações da Track&Field, que estreou hoje na B3, fecharam em queda de 0,43%, negociadas a R$ 9,21 — o Ibovespa registrou queda de 0,24%, aos 101.017 pontos. Hoje, pela manhã, os papéis registravam alta de 0,32%, negociados a R$ 9,28.

A Track&Field levantou R$ 522 milhões em sua oferta inicial de ações. Do total captado, 35%, ou R$ 182,4 milhões, vão para o caixa da empresa e os R$ 340 milhões restantes são de uma oferta secundária e vão para os acionistas que venderam parte de suas ações.

Os acionistas vendedores são os fundadores Frederico Wagner, Ricardo Rosset e Alberto Dominguez Von Ihering Azevedo. Cada um tem uma fatia de 30,12% das ações preferenciais (PN), que podem ser reduzidas a 5,01%. A estrutura escolhida pela Track& Field tem o objetivo de manter o poder de decisão com os três fundadores.

I don’t even need to go into the crazy things that a few drivers have said in these events, the poor driving standards are enough for me to stay away.

Unfortunately for the long-time Scuderia tester, it was not a successful return as the Italian driver lasted just 2 races before being replaced by Giancarlo Fisichella. - Badoer never raced in F1 again, after the 2009 Belgian GP. - That race marked the 51st race that Badoer had started without scoring a point, which is a record. - Badoer came extremely close to scoring points on a few occasions, with the memorable one being at the 1999 European GP, while he was driving for perennial backmarkers Minardi. Running in 4th place, he suffered a heartbreaking gearbox failure with just 13 laps to go. Badoer was in tears as he made his way back to the garage. - So, who else started many F1 races without scoring points? - Well, Charles Pic contested 39 races without scoring a point, which puts him in 2nd place on the list. Next up is Max Chilton, a fellow ex-Marussia driver who started 35 races without scoring. - 4th place on the list goes to Brett Lunger, who started 34 races and failed to score, which is one more race than former Arrows driver Tora Takagi. Next, are three drivers who have all competed in 28 races without taking any points; Mike Beuttlar, Enrique Bernoldi and Scott Speed. - Ricardo Rosset raced 27 times without scoring anything.
