Ecchi Fantasy Anime Kinsou no Vermeil Works its Magic with New Visual, Trailer

  After it was announced in March earlier this year, ecchi fantasy anime Kinsou no Vermeil: Gakeppuchi Majutsushi wa Saikyou no Yakusai to Mahou Sekai wo Tsukisusumu today conjured up another bundle of details, which spelled out a key visual, the main trailer, additional cast and theme song details.

    Aside from giving us a taste of all the demonic mischief to come, the trailer previews the anime's opening theme song, "Abracada-Boo" by Kaori Ishihara (Miss Shachiku and the Little Baby Ghost OP). It was also revealed that indie band Mili (GOBLIN SLAYER OP) will be performing "Mortal With You" for the ending theme.

    The trailer also revisits the previously announced main cast members (character romanizations not confirmed):

  Yuuya Hirose (Takuma Akutsu in Val x Love) as Alto Goldfield,

a gentle but ambitious magic student who accidentally summons Vermeil

  Maaya Uchida (Catarina Claes in My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!) as Vermeil,

a mature devil who requires kisses from Alto to replenish her power

  Wakana Kuramochi (Caph in The Duke of Death and His Maid) as Lilia Kudelfate,

(11/27/2021 Update: Added Sonia’s seiyuu! It was based on the leak, but judging from the recent update of showing characters’ seiyuus when you set the text and audio to Japanese, it might be accurate. 

And speaking of Pokemas update of showing the seiyuu when you changed the text and audio to Japanese, that certainly makes my job easier to identify the seiyuu, though at the cost of this post losing some of its purpose. But hey, at least this post helps people who cannot read much of Japanese (me included) and people who want to know their notables roles, I think.)

(12/6/2021 Update: Added Tina’s seiyuu! According from Bulbapedia, she is voiced by Takagaki Ayahi, though there does not seem to be any official confirmation from the official account yet, as far as I know. It is probably accurate, but if her seiyuu turns out to be another person I will change it.)

If you play Pokemon Masters, a huge seiyuu nerd, and play with Japanese audio (like me), you probably recognize a lot of the voices in the characters. That’s because...well, Pokemas basically has so many famous seiyuus playing as our favorite characters there.

Unfortunately, neither Bulbapedia nor TVTropes have complete seiyuu list for the characters. Thankfully, because of the recent Nintendo Dream October 2021 issue that came with Character Guidebook, we can finally and officially know who is voicing who, at least up until the newest Howling Shield of Eternity event!

I��m going to put the seiyuu list in the Read More below due to its length, along with their MyAnimeList / Wikipedia link so you can check their other notable roles. I will also add a bit of trivias that might be interesting for you to know (like how Rosa’s seiyuu is the same like her B2W2 animated trailer, or how most of the Galar characters share the same seiyuu like in their Twilight Wings counterpart). 

I will sort them only based on their regions. There are some special cases, such as: 1. In case of Caitlin I will place her in Unova category instead of Sinnoh. 2. Lance, Koga, and Giovanni will be placed in Kanto. 3. Janine will be placed in Johto instead of Kanto, since she took over Fuchsia’s Gym in Johto games. Please note that all of this information is from the Nintendo Dream issue. If there is any new character being added in Pokemas, don’t expect me to know who the seiyuu is immediately because, well, I don’t know! At least not until there is an official confirmation somewhere.

For Blaine and Plumeria’s seiyuus, unfortunately I cannot find any English links about them that list their other notable roles. If anyone can find links about them, let me know and I will add them! If you notice any mistakes (spelling error, wrong links, etc.) please let me know as well!

bwahh thank you so much! this might get long, so apologies if this ends up in a couple asks. so i'm looking for a girl of unspecified asian descent (futuristic sci-fi world where all of asia has formed into one country called "the eastern commonwealth", her adopted family is vietnamese, she lives in "new beijing", she's described as 'tanned with mousy brown hair', the author based her off of mew azuma, idk what she's going for here). she's 16/17 in canon, but i'm gonna play her a little (cont)

older than that. the hardest part i’m having is that i would prefer to have an actress over a musician/model, since their icons look more natural to me, and i need someone who’s not super feminine. the character i’m playing starts out as a mechanic. (she ends up as a queen, but i’m not daring to hope i’d be able to find both of those in the same fc.) so i need someone who wears more dirty clothes, or at least not pink and soft and dainty. if you can think of anything, i’d appreciate any help ♥♥♥

The live-action television series will premiere in a late-night time slot in December, followed by its special in January. The live-action film will also open in January. Similar to the live-action television adaptation of the Saki manga, the new series will have a special and four regular episodes. Pripara, Kiratto Pri☆Chan, Waccha Primagi! VAs Show Off Their Cute Idol Performances in Concert Digest

    "Pripara x Kiratto Pri☆Chan x Waccha Primagi! Winter Live 2021," a special live concert event by the voice cast members of the Pretty Series' latest three entries - Pripara/Idol Time Pripara, Kiratto Pri☆chan, and the ongoing Waccha PriMagi! -, was held at Makuhari Messe Event Hall in Chiba on December 5, 2021.

  From Pripara, DressingPafé, MY☆DREAM, NonSugar, WITH, and DARK NIGHTMARE all performed together, and Tomoyo Kurosawa, who played the role of Garara•S•Leep, also appeared for the first time in two years since "Pripara & Kiratto Pri☆chan Winter Live 2019" in December 2019. Also, Riho Iida, who plays the role of Amari Katasumi, a new character from the forthcoming game app and web anime Idol Land Pripara, made her first event appearance.

  From Pri☆chan, Miracle☆Kiratts, Mitsuki Saiga as Solulu and Hibiku Yamamura as Luluna joined. And for the first time, Chinatsu Hirose, who is playing the protagonist Matsuri Hibino in the latest entry Waccha Purimagi!, and the anime's OP theme singer Anna Suzuki performed on the stage. On Air Dekinai! TV Anime Goes Behind-the-Scenes in January of 2022

  On Air Dekinai! ("I Can't Go On Air!"), a humorous autobiographical manga by Kana Mafune about her experiences working behind-the-scenes as an AD (assistant director) in television production, is being adapted into a TV anime that will broadcast on the TV Tokyo network beginning in January of 2022. The staff for the series includes:

  The cast of the On Air Dekinai! TV anime includes:

under the cut you will find, #177 faceclaims that can pass realistically as high schoolers and/or college students. i made this list because of three reasons: a) most of the lists i found were old and at least a good few years old so the ages are largely inaccurate b) and hence there have been more and more child stars that i feel that need to be added to this list c) and it’s about time we stopped playing ian, milo, holland, crystal, jack etc as high schoolers because let’s be honest rpc, they can’t. i love them too but let’s be real about their ages. most of them should have resources made already but almost all of them have videos etc that you can make resources out of.

The World Turns Upside Down in Kagome's Natsu no Niwa Short Anime

  When your gravity reverses and the world turns upside down, it's time for a summer day adventure, or at least that's the premise for Natsu no Niwa, an animated short film directed by Yojiro Arai and animated by FILMONY for Kagome's "GO!ME." initiative, a PR campaign advertising the Japanese foodmaker's line of ONE DAY and AOJIL vegetable drinks.

    The imaginative short film tells the story of Mea, a young girl who embarks on a strange and exciting adventure when her personal gravity field spontaneously reverses one summer day. The video (above) features the song "HEY HEY HO" (movie edit) by ENJOY MUSIC CLUB feat. SACHIE HIRAGA as well as character designs / animation direction by Huang Chieh, color design by Idumi Hirose, and art direction by Kunihiko Inaba.

Natsu no Niwa also features the voice talents of Sachie Hiraga as Mea, Riho Iida as Mea's mother, and Yusuke Emoto as Mea's father.

"Saki Achiga-hen episode of Side-A" Live-Action Film Reveals Teaser Trailer, All Cast Visuals

The official website for the upcoming live-action adaptation of Saki Achiga-hen episode of Side-A, a spin-off series of Ritz Kobayashi's mahjong-themed manga Saki, has posted a 30-second teaser trailer for its feature film introducing its OP theme song "Egao no Hana" (The Flower of Smiling Face) sung by the five cast members of the Achiga Girls Academy girls: Hiyori Sakurada (Shizuno Takakamo), Momoka Ito (Ako Atarashi), Yuri Tsunematsu (Kuro Matsumi), Koume Watanabe (Yu Matsumi), and Riko Nakayama (Arata Sagimori).

  The five also sing the ED song "Haru ~spring~," a cover of three-member Japanese rock band Hysteric Blue's 2nd single song released in January 1999. In the same pattern with the first live-action project based on the manga's main series, Achiga-hen will be aired first as a four-episode series from December 3, 2017, then its feature film edition will be released on January 20, 2018. Both "Egao no Hana" and "Haru ~spring~" will be also featured as the OP/ED theme for the TV

series. The CD singe including both songs is set to be released on January 17, 2018.
