William Dunbar's poem "Thistle and the Rose" which celebrated Margaret Tudor's union with James IV of Scotland. Dame Nature enters the scene and crowns the lion and the eagle. The lion and the eagle symbolize the dynastic alliance with Scotland and England. The lion represents justice while the eagle represents peace. Reid of his cullour as is the ruby glance, On feild of gold he stude full mychtely, With flour delycis sirculit lustily This lady liftit up his cluvis cleir, And leit him listly lene upone hir kne (...) The poem ends with all the birds in the sky singing songs of praise for the thistle's union with the rose, and celebrating the latter's coronation. No one knew then, but it would be their descendant (James VI) that inherited the English crown after Elizabeth I died without leaving any issue in 1603. Their descendants still sit on the English throne.

Kelvin Peter as the Dynamic Personality of the Year, Chief Maurice Vunobolki as ‘Recovery & Peace Building in the Northeastern Nigeria’, Hon Abdulrazak Sa'ad Namdas as the Member House of Representatives, Hon. Sunday Peter as the Member, ADSHA of the Year. 1P this year got hold of the male artiste of the year and Best Collaboration, While Micel won the female artiste of the year Category. Visiting Arewa acts who won the Arewa Male & Female categories are ClassiQ and Penny Wealth. Martino Elcasino swift away the HipHop/Rap artiste of the Year, while Sonny Music's newly signed artiste Zirra won the R&B/Pop Artiste of the Year. The spice up the event was crowning of the Face of Adamawa Celebrities featuring the Queens Connect Africa - Yola Chapter headed by Blessing Peter Akor.
