I wanted to rework a pose from the first 2-D I ever drew. It was just gonna be a sketch but I wanted to keep going while listening to this cover and, thus, found myself getting caught up in a daydream.

Here's the original doodle under the cut. I'll throw in 2 bonus sketches since I probably won't post them once I've finished as they're self-indulgent, but I like to think it's progress worth sharing!

Also, a lil ramble, so heads up:

Stu has not only been a muse in trying to improve my drawings but he's also been a light during many of my depressive episodes this past year. I wish I could explain it but, honestly, it would just be a messy, obsessive ramble of a cartoon dude I'm too hyper-fixated about. As if, I'm not rambling now... there's always room for improvement though.

I dunno. I just love him.
