अछनेरा में श्मशान घाट के लिए जमीन विवाद, मृतक का शव छह घंटे तक सड़क पर रखा रहा

एक ग्रामीण की मौत के बाद श्मशान घाट के अभाव में शव का अंतिम संस्कार करने में स्थानीय प्रशासन को काफी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी। मामला आगरा के अछनेरा क्षेत्र के गांव हसेला के नगला बंजारा का है, जहां रविवार रात 45 वर्षीय कप्तान सिंह का बीमारी के बाद निधन हो गया। अगले दिन सुबह परिवारजन शव को लेकर अंतिम संस्कार के लिए सरकारी जमीन पर पहुंचे, लेकिन जमीन को लेकर उपजे विवाद के चलते अंतिम संस्कार में छह घंटे की देरी हो गई। ग्रामीणों के मुताबिक, नगला बंजारा में वर्षों से श्मशान घाट की स्थाई जमीन नहीं है। परिवार ने मजबूरन गांव के पास की सरकारी जमीन पर शव को रख दिया, लेकिन जब कुछ लोगों ने इस पर विरोध जताया, तो दोनों पक्षों में तनातनी का माहौल बन गया। विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि मौके पर पुलिस और तहसील प्रशासन को बुलाना पड़ा। श्मशान घाट के लिए जमीन का संघर्ष तहसीलदार देवेंद्र प्रता�� ने बताया, "इस गांव में श्मशान घाट के लिए कोई आधिकारिक जगह नहीं है। हाल ही में दो बिस्वा सरकारी जमीन को श्मशान घाट के रूप में चिन्हित किया गया था, लेकिन अभी यह औपचारिक रूप से अधिसूचित नहीं है, जिस कारण कुछ ग्रामीण इसका विरोध कर रहे हैं।" इस मामले में पुलिस और तहसील प्रशासन ने लोगों को समझाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन कोई ठोस समाधान नहीं निकल सका। गांव के प्रधान सुरेश ने कहा, "हमने लंबे समय से श्मशान घाट के लिए जमीन की मांग की है, पर हर बार हमें निराशा ही हाथ लगती है।" पुलिस की निगरानी में हुआ अंतिम संस्कार अंततः विवाद के चलते, परिवार को मजबूर होकर अपनी निजी जमीन पर ही अंतिम संस्कार करना पड़ा। अछनेरा थाने के प्रभारी ने बताया कि "शाम 4 बजे के करीब पुलिस की निगरानी में अंतिम संस्कार संपन्न हुआ।" उन्होंने बताया कि प्रशासन ने लोगों को यह भरोसा दिलाया है कि जल्द ही श्मशान घाट के लिए जमीन का विवाद हल कर लिया जाएगा। प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई की मांग इस घटना के बाद स्थानीय प्रशासन पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि प्रशासनिक उदासीनता के चलते उन्हें इस तरह के संकट का सामना करना पड़ा। तहसील प्रशासन ने यह आश्वासन दिया है कि गांव में श्मशान घाट के लिए स्थाई जगह की व्यवस्था की जाएगी और इस प्रकार की घटना की पुनरावृत्ति से बचा जाएगा। Read the full article
