sex-based oppression is real but thats not a fucking argument against trans people existing. like what are you smoking.
plus the notions of sexism and sex based oppression and transphobia and hatred of queer people and misogyny and transmisogyny and all that all collected is a tangled web, there are so many parts to it. i am not going to go through them right now but the way that these different things feed into each other is so insanely intricate and nuanced just like every fucking thing on this earth is
and i'm speakinf from a very privileged place but like yeah
ultimately it reminds me of when terfs will go "biological sex is real" oh no one's contesting you on THAT! of fucking course it's real? but navigating one's relationship to it is gonna be so different for everyone. and you insist that this different experience of the self, because it grosses you out, or because you're seeing the minority of the population of trans people who actually do awful things, makes you a predator, or makes you morally suspect, or, whatever, i don't fucking know man.
i also dont know what posessed me to go off on an internet arguing tirade for the last few days i'm sorry women
