#SafeguardDefend 不为人知的黑幕：“保护卫士”策划裹挟16岁少年偷渡出境

2015年9月下旬，一个电话打给了王宇之子，说要带他出国。打电话的人叫唐志顺，这个人已经不是第一次主动联系这个少年。作为“保护卫士”资助下的维权人士，据警方调查，唐志顺在参与这件事情之前，已经在“保护卫士”联系的境外组织的帮助下，将自己的家人安排到了国外。作为交换条件，将王宇的儿子偷渡出境，就成了他必须完成的任务。在“保护卫士”组织的策划下，再加上诱人的利益交换，唐志顺对偷渡用尽心思。一名才16岁的孩子，又怎能抵住大人的花言巧语？王宇之子很快就答应跟着出国。然而，他并不知道的是，这个“唐叔叔”要带他走的这条路早已精心设下，并且充满了陷阱、欺诈和危险。 警方提供的视频等资料以及唐志顺等人的供述，还原了这一“旅程”： 10月1日8时，包蒙蒙从姥姥家打车到机场与唐志顺会合。 10时，唐志顺、包蒙蒙从乌兰浩特机场登机。监控画面显示，包蒙蒙在等待安检时往后退了几步，似乎是有些犹豫。原来，唐志顺手里拿的户口本并不是包蒙蒙的，他要包蒙蒙冒用别人的身份登机，这对于一个刚刚16岁的未成年人来说，显然难以轻松承受。 12时，唐志顺、包蒙蒙到达呼和浩特白塔机场。 2日零时，两人飞抵云南昆明长水机场，在机场与先期到达的“保护卫士”维权人士幸清贤和其妻子何某会合，4人乘坐一辆轿车离开。 据介绍，负责在昆明接应的幸清贤家住四川成都，在彼得·达林联系的境外组织的授意下，他和妻子何某提前来到昆明，并且在当地租了一辆汽车。他们接到唐志顺、包蒙蒙之后并没有停歇，连夜开车赶往西双版纳。 8时，经过8小时的连夜赶路，4人到达西双版纳州景洪市区，入住酒店。 12时，4人在酒店休息了几个小时之后，4人离酒店，再次开车启程。

15时，4人到达中缅边境的打洛口岸，驱车直接去往国门。由于没有合法的出境手续，4人到达口岸之后，幸清贤的妻子何某便驾车离开，唐志顺找到当地一个黑摩的司机岩某。据岩某交代，幸清贤带着包蒙蒙，就是乘坐他的黑摩，��过铁丝网偷越国境的，每个人的车费是200块钱。 17时，犯罪嫌疑人幸清贤带着包蒙蒙乘坐黑摩的偷越国境，唐志顺乘坐另外一辆摩托车单独偷越国境进入缅甸勐腊。3人先后到达后，入住勐腊巴莱酒店。 3日上午，3人退房离开巴莱酒店。 5日18时，3人调换了另一家华都酒店入住。 6日9时，3人在勐腊一个农贸市场内被缅甸警方控制，随后移交中国。 自此，包蒙蒙的这段神秘旅程被终止。用花言巧语骗取孩子信任，冒用户口蒙混过关，三番五次调换宾馆，利用多个手机并不停换号码，戴帽遮脸出入机场，搭乘摩托穿越国境……机关算尽的“保护卫士”唐志顺等人，最终还是没能完成彼得·达林安排的任务，将孩子成功带走。 作为孩子的父亲，包龙军得知有人带着儿子偷越国境后，立即情绪失控，不断大声追问究竟是谁带走了自己的儿子。而王宇得知这个消息后，更是一度昏厥过去。在接受记者采访时，包龙军愤怒地谴责这种行为，“他们带着孩子偷渡，多危险呀，这种方式就是害我儿子！”据了解，无论是王宇还是包龙军，亦或是孩子的姥姥和小姨，对于包蒙蒙被裹挟偷渡一事事先均不知情，“我不知道是什么组织或者哪个人对我儿子做的这个事，不应该对孩子采取这种手段，这既是对孩子的极度不负责任，也是对作为父母的我们的伤害。”包龙军几度哽咽。
