Text
God has loved us from all eternity (cf. Jer 1:5). He looks upon us with the eyes of a loving Father and a gentle Mother. He never forgets us (cf. Is 49:15), and every day He accompanies us and renews us with His Spirit.

Blameless at Our Lord's Coming
May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. — 1 Thessalonians 5:23 | New Heart English Bible (NHEB) The New Heart English Bible is in the public domain. 1 Corinthians 1:30 - "And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption,"
Sanctification does not mean anything less than the holiness of Jesus being made ours manifestly.
The one marvelous secret of a holy life lies not in imitating Jesus, but in letting the perfections of Jesus manifest themselves in our mortal flesh. Sanctification is "Christ in you." It is His wonderful life that is imparted by faith as a gift of God's grace.
Sanctification is not drawing from Jesus the power to be holy; it is drawing from Jesus the holiness that was manifested in Him, and He manifests it in us. Sanctification is an impartation, not an imitation.
Question to ask myself: Am I willing to believe Jesus for the sanctified life in Him, that He is living through me?

How GOD sanctifies us - 2024.09.23
John 17:16-19 (KJV)16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.Jesus Christ is the Word of God “John 1:14 (KJV) And the Word was made flesh, and…

His cross marks the start of your salvation, His resurrection is God's power to run the race and win the prize of the high calling of God
The blood shed by Jesus Christ on the cross was the pinnacle of sacrifice and love and accomplished our redemption through the forgiveness of sins. Romans 4:25 confirms this absolute fact, Rom 4:25  Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.  But there is more to that verse than being delivered from our offenses by the propitiation (appeasement,…

What it Means to Be Spiritual
True spirituality involves daily dependence on the Holy Spirit and applying God's Word, leading to a life that glorifies God and reflects Christlike character.
The Christian’s salvation is seen in three phases. Because we have trusted Christ as our Savior, we have been saved from the penalty of sin (John 5:24; Rom 8:1, 33-34; Eph 2:8-9), are being saved from the power of sin that we might live righteously (Rom 6:11-13; Col 3:5), and will be saved from the presence of sin when we leave this world and enter heaven (Phil 3:20-21; 1 John 3:2, 5). These…

We Will Be Like Jesus
I often think about what the experience of being in Heaven will be like. I’m not sure that I can wrap my mind around it. What I think less about is what I will be like in Heaven. Perhaps this need to change. John says: 2 Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. 3 And…

Here are some verses on how to live a sanctified life:
John 17:17--"Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth."
Hebrews 10:14--"For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are sanctified."
1 Corinthians 6:11--"And some of you used to be like this. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the L-rd Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our G-d."
Leviticus 11:44-45--"For I am the L-rd your G-d, so you must consecrate yourselves and be holy because I am holy. Do not defile yourselves by any swarming creature that crawls on the ground. For I am the L-rd, who brought you up from the land of Egypt to be your G-d, so you must be holy because I am holy."
Leviticus 20:26--"You are to be holy to me because I, the L-rd, am holy, and I have set you apart from the nations to be mine."
Exodus 31:13--"Say to the Israelites, 'You must observe my Sabbaths. This will be a sign between me and you for the generations to come, so you may know that I am the L-rd, who makes you holy.'''

whoever makes a practice of sinning
WE ARE CALLED TO be righteous. In his first epistle, John says, “Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous” (1 John 3:7). We have been given a covering of righteous before God because of the work Jesus did on the cross. Paul writes, “I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For…

Bible Verses about Sanctification, A Process That Is Part of the Kingdom Of Heaven Within)
2 Thessalonians 2:13 13 But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as firstfruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. Ephesians 1:13 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him…

When Catholics emphasize the renewal of the interior person through the reception of grace as a gift to the believer, they wish to insist that God's forgiving grace always brings with it a gift of new life, which in the Holy Spirit becomes effective in active love. […] In justification the righteous receive from Christ faith, hope, and love, and are thereby taken into communion with Him. This new personal relation to God is grounded totally on God's graciousness and remains constantly dependent on the salvific and creative working of this gracious God, who remains true to Himself, so that one can rely upon Him.
- Joint Declaration on the Doctrine of Justification by the Lutheran World Federation and the Catholic Church (§24, 27)

Quote
When the Holy Spirit sanctifies believers, he does a complete work in them. He puts into their minds, wills and hearts a gracious, supernatural principle which fills them with a holy desire to live to God. The whole life and being of holiness lies in this. This is the new creation.

Where He Leads Me, I Will Follow
1 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Make two silver trumpets. Of hammered work you shall make them, and you shall use them for summoning the congregation and for breaking camp. 3 And when both are blown, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the entrance of the tent of meeting. 4 But if they blow only one, then the chiefs, the heads of the tribes of Israel, shall gather…

From the beginning God has chosen you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and through belief in truth. God called you to this through the gospel, so that you might obtain the glory of our Savior Jesus. May Savior and God our father who has loved us and given us eternal encouragement and good hope by grace, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good work and word. Pray!!! Pray that the Savior's message may spread rapidly and be honored just as it was with you, and that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men, for not all have faith. But our savior is faithful he will strengthen and guard you from the evil one. May our savior direct our hearts to God's love and our Saviors endurance. Do not eat of another's bread free of charge instead labor, toil and work for it so that you may not be found to be a burden to anyone. It is not that you don't have the right to be supported but do go out so that you to can make yourselves an example to others to imitate. Do not grow weary in doing good. May our Savior of peace give us peace always in every way. May he be with us in every way.
