Finland = Lake & SAUNA

One of the first thing that I did in Finland is … SAUNA ! Indeed, in this country there are probably more sauna than resident! it’s very common in Finland to go to the sauna almost every day! Sauna really takes part of culture, and for Finns people is … NECESSARY ! They are commonly going after work, or at least every week-end. For them it’s a place to relax between friends or family, and it’s really good for your body and your mental health. It’s said that it’s helping Finns to support the extremely cold winter…

But, the most typical and amazing side is the natural beauty of the place… There are many sauna build in nature, in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by forest… and of course where there is a lake! to plunge into frost water! to cool down your body after get your body at very hight temperature (between 70° to 100°C) : It’s relaxing and regenerating … crazy Finns people !
