Export Emails to MHTML without Inline Images & Filter Messages with Custom Flag using .NET
What's New in this Release?
Aspose team is pleased to announce the release of Aspose.Email for .NET 17.6.0. It includes new features and enhancements related to various functional areas of the API. Specifically, the enhancements are related to the API’s IMAP, EWS client and rendering of messages to MHTML. The API also fixes several bugs that further improve the performance and functionality of the API. This month’s release introduces a new feature of adding custom flags to a message on the server using the API’s ImapClient. Custom flags can be added to a message using the AddMessageFlags method using the ImageMessageFlags. Not only users can add custom flags to messages on server using the API’s ImapClient, users can also filter messages by specifying custom flags. The ImapQueryBuilder’s HasFlags and HasNoFlags can be used for this purpose. Email messages with multiple or large size images embedded in them can take considerable time and system resources during conversion to MHTML format. This month’s release provides the capability to skip inline images from including in output MHTML using the MhtSaveOptions class’s SkipInlineImages property. Setting this flag avoids writing inline images from message body to output MHTML. The main bug fixes & improved features added in this release are listed below
Set custom flag using Imap
Option to render MSG to Mhtml without images for the sake of performance
Provision of flag for hidden/cache folders retrieved from Exchange server
Removing credentials from the activity log file
Protocols API. Prevent the debugger from calling the getter property
Image repeated in background while converting MSG to Mhtml
From address not decoded properly from Base64
Aspose.Email adds random values for ConversationIndex property
PST: To, CC and BCC not displayed in Outlook
Aspose.Email is showing attachment name as UNKNOWN_PARAMETER_VALUE
Subject corrupted while saving the EML
Attachment filename changed when EML file is loaded and saved again
Saving attachment of EML file using Aspose.Email is getting corrupt/damaged
IMAP: BAD FETCH Invalid Fetch argument
To, CC and Bcc not shown in PST after conversion from Mbox
Aspose.Email is unable to read the attachments with EML file
Calendar item cannot be loaded to MailMessage
Setting the priority of an appointment is not working
EMLs to MHT: Blank output
Pop3: Getting Out Of Memory Exception
Null reference exception when getting contacts
ArgumentException: "The property data could not be null. Parameter name: property"
Exception raised while loading attached ICS file
Loading MSG file using MailMessage is throwing exception: IndexOutOfRangeException
MapiMessage.FromMailMessage raises exception for ICS files
Not Setting license raises Argument Out Of Range exception for MapiMessage.FromMailMessage for ICS files
IEWClient raises exception while fetching contacts from office365
Other most recent bug fixes are also included in this release.

Render MS Outlook VCard Contact Information to MHTML & Email Threading Support in .NET Apps
What's New in this Release?
Aspose team is pleased to announce the release of Aspose.Email for .NET 17.3.0. This month’s release includes enhancements and bug fixes that enriches the API functionality and adds stability to the API behavior. As mentioned earlier, we have also stopped publishing the legacy version of the API and the revamped version with improved namespace will be published from now onwards. This month’s release provides the capability to render Microsoft Outlook VCard contact information to MHTML. This can be achieved with MhtFormatOptions.RenderVCardInfo enumerator while saving the message to MHTML. Previously, only headers information was rendered to output while rendering the respective values was not supported. Aspose.Email API already supported creating reply and forwarding messages using the MailMessage class. However, this didn’t support creating a thread between the original and replied email. This month’s release provides the capability to create threading among the original emails and the replies sent out using Aspose.Email API. Like always, we have also fixed several bugs in this month’s release that were reported by our valued customers with different API functionality. This further adds stability to the API functionality and makes the output predictable. The main bug fixes & improved features added in this release are listed below
Add support for email threading
Provide enum or class for FormatTemplates possible values
Render contact information to MHTML
MSG to HTML: Alignment of table is shifted to right
Image attachment in eml is corrupted while opening it in Outlook
ICS extracted from EML contains empty line at the start
ReplyTo collection not read from MSG file
EML to MSG: Information disturbed in output
Loading MSG file is slower than 16.10.0
Umlauts are broken again on convert to html
Few attachments not detected in EML
IMAP and POP3 via NTLM
EML to HTML raises exception
NullReferenceException when using OAuth for EWS with Office 365
IEWSClient.FetchMessage raises System.IO.EndOfStreamException
Exception while fetching mail with subject having Apostrophe
EML raises NotSupportedException for Target framework 2.0
Pop3Client.FetchMessage raises Aspose.Email.AsposeArgumentException
IEWSClient.MoveItem() function raises exception "Item Move Failed" while moving item to other user account
Other most recent bug fixes are also included in this release.

Work with Extended Attributes on Exchange Server & Improved Conversion of Messages to MHTML using Java
What’s new in this release?
Aspose team is pleased to announce the new release of Aspose.Email for Java 17.2.0. This month’s release includes new features and enhancements. It also fixes a number of issues reported with the last version of the API. It also inherits the fixes from its equivalent .NET version. This month’s release introduces the API’s capability to retrieve extended attributes information for calendar items on Exchange server using the Exchange Web Service (EWS) client. This feature is limited to Calendar items only and support for other Exchange items such as Notes, Tasks, and Contacts is planned to be available in subsequent versions of the API. Availability of this new feature empowers the API to provide support of MAPI properties for Exchange server items. This month’s release also provides support for getting total number of items from MBox storage files. This can help developers show progress of MBox file processing using the total count of items in such type of storage files. Aspose team has enhanced the conversion of messages to MHTML in this month’s release. Specifically, this feature has been improved with the two main changes, use the MhtSaveOptions instead to specify the desired output format or use message properties to determine which message headers to render to output MHTML. Earlier, users required to specify options to specify information such as email address and/or display name to output MHTML. This improvement makes users free of specifying these options and automatically renders the required fields to output MHTML. The main improved features & bug fixes added in this release are listed below
EWS: Retrieve Extended Properties for Items
Exclude the public MhtFormatter class
EML to MHTML: Provision to determine output From and To fields automatically
In MapiContact BirthDay, Anniversary etc. should be independent of local time zone
Add MapiRecipient with empty email address (Java)
MBox to PST Conversion: Option to show progress
MailMessage.getMessageId() returns empty string for emails from Sent Items folder
MapiMessage.IsMsgFormat detects Office documents as MSG
EML to HTML contains garbage characters in output
Attachments not detected from EML file
Encoding issue in message body while loading MailMessage having System.Text.SBCSCodePageEncoding
TNEF Attachments appear as a single winmail.dat file when sent using IEWSClient.Send
Drag Drop not able to read file names for messages dragged from Outlook
Attachments not loaded in MSG file
HTML body cropped when loading MailMessage from HTML file
Recurring Calendar events: Modified occurences are not shown properly by ICS added to PST
Performance issue while adding MapiMessage to PST
IEWSClient.ListMessages raise InvalidOpertationException for Office 365 PersonMetadata folder
OutOfMemoryException in SmtpClient when using SecurityOptions.SSLExplicit
Saving EML as MSG raises Exception
IGmailClient.CreateContact raises Aspose.Email.GoogleClientException
ArgumentOutOfRangeException is raised when fetching message using IEWSClient
Other most recent bug fixes are also included in this release.
