hi i’m schnikeys on ao3 and i’m in the process of savoring the last two chapters of We Sing It Anyway to write comments, so in the meantime: imagining the crew digging Creed’s bones out of the Dead Grimwalker Pile (identifiable because, well, they’re the freshest) and figuring out that they can RE BURY the guy with a few replacement parts to get him to regrow, since it hasn’t been too long. bookends! back from the dead! suck it, Belos!

oh damn I love that!!! It generally takes 10-15 years for a body to decompose all the way to a skeleton and he'll have been dead for a decade at that point but hey, the last one before him was a good twenty years prior to that so that's gotta be enough difference to tell ;) My usual Self Indulgent AU involves Creed having somehow escaped to the human realm after Belos tried to kill him (and getting a job at a restaurant in Gravesfield which by a decade later is his restaurant, also he has a therapy doberman) but this adds an extra layer of Suck It Belos~

(also I'm laughing at the thought of him being like 'it's a good thing you don't look your age or we'd be getting some really funny looks now that I have a decade less mileage than you')
