i keep returning to the thought of being jing yuan’s deeply human—and thus flawed—beloved. while fickle in nature, you are wholeheartedly devoted to the luofu’s general, and have no qualms about your attachment in spite of the disparity in your lifespans.

the primary cause for strife within the relationship (in your mind, anyway) is you—specifically, your jealousy of those who warmed jing yuan’s bed during the long centuries before you even existed. any time you think about this, you jaw sets, and your eyes grow stormy.

but your anguish doesn’t upset the man in question; in all honesty, he indulges your hot-headed, possessive behavior. you’re spoiled beyond reproach—this much you can’t deny—and yet you are incapable of quelling the urge to turn up your nose and become moody when certain topics arise.

down to the second, jing yuan can predict when you will demand to sit on his lap and claw at his chest like a petulant kitten. perhaps—if you weren’t single-mindedly driven by blazing ardor and pride—you would cringe at how easily you fall into his trap. but it’s camouflaged with honeyed words and silken pleasure, and you can’t help but yield to his antics, weeping mine mine mine into his mouth, carving crimson ribbons down his back.

despite his military training, jing yuan isn’t cruel; he could never be callous to you, his heart. but he loves the mortal flame that burns so passionately inside you. thanks to you—and for the first time in centuries—he remembers what it feels like to be alive.

Look...Zeltron's being just pink beach babes is silly... so I made them iridescent.

And her brother (he/they) because I felt I needed to draw (Alexander) Siddig el Fadil as a beautiful Zeltron. As a treat.

Thinking about Kay coming for ND-5's rescue again for absolutely no reason but because I love everyone's reactions.

I love how Kay makes her priorities clear and that she came to save ND-5 while saving Asara is barely an afterthought (outch!).

ND isn't really able to show emotions on his face, but, boy, you can tell he's shooked and his processors are running hard in this moment, trying to process the fact that Kay came after him, risking it all for him!

And I just love the way Jaylen and Asara look at ND with their matching expressions saying "Wait, him??? You're here for HIM?!?" (I think that both of them are a bit smitten with Kay in the game, well everyone is smitten with her for good reasons).

This is like one of the top and iconic tropes with the hero coming to rescue of their beloved last minute and I have so many feels about this.

And don't even get me started on how Kay wears the Stormtrooper gear in this scene, making her look like a knight in shining armor, and ND, restrained by the restraining bolt, is basically the cursed/chained up damsel in distress in the clutches of the evil syndicate king.

The game really went hard with these classic romantic tales/tropes for them.

Can't believe I had to read about Leia thinking some Imperial officer looked like he would "blissfully lick Vader's boots clean if asked" in an official Star Wars book. Now I need everyone else to read that bit, too.

I was NOT prepared for General Grievous to jump down with a "Hello there" to Obi Wan in the Clone Wars, the original meme just got 10000% funnier. And Obi-Wan remembering some encounter from like 3 years ago and being able to reference it and mock Grievous mid-fight is so ridiculously in character. Yall be mocking Anakin for being dramatic but you forget who his big brother is.

I like the idea that Han Solo has seduced a couple bounty hunters or syndicate members to get out of situations before and the thought of him and Boba Fett having to be around each other again (in my mind it’s for Dinluke reasons) but he finally sees Boba without his helmet then it’s like

Han: Leia! Oh my gods, I made out with Boba Fett!

Leia:…like, just now?

Han: no, three years ago, by a dumpster

Leia: sigh

This is always so fucking funny to me. Leia thinking about how she'd love to step on Vader's cape to make him trip, when the reality is that that tiny little thing would be going for a RIDE on Seven Foot Tall Robo-Stilts Cyborg Nightmare Man's cape and he would barely even NOTICE her there. To be fair you can love someone AND find them annoying. I’m not even sure Q would take it as an insult if he won - more like an acknowledgement of his hard work.

Although more likely there’s someone on this list who you just really don’t like. And if that’s the case please try not to be mean spirited about it. You’re entitled to not like them, that’s your prerogative. Likewise it’s the prerogative of others to disagree.

Then, he withdrew the ring from his pocket—the one he had stolen from off the thal in the center of town. In the back of his mind, he felt it might be wrong. That his mother would disapprove. To steal from a god was a crime unto itself, yet he did not necessarily believe in them. And it wasn’t as if his mother had to know where it had come from; what she didn’t know wouldn’t hurt her, as the saying goes. This would be his secret, smiling as he held it out for her, its red gem glistening under the light from the moon.
