The 369 method involves writing your desire or affirmation a specific number of times per day for a certain number of days. The repetition helps program your subconscious mind to align with the vibration of your desire.

How to Do the 369 Method

Step-by-Step:

Choose a Clear Intention Write a short, specific, and positive affirmation (e.g., ��I am financially free,” or “I am in a loving, healthy relationship”).

Write It 3 Times in the Morning Do this first thing after you wake up, focusing on your affirmation with emotion.

Write It 6 Times in the Afternoon Keep the intention strong in your mind. Write it with belief and confidence.

Write It 9 Times Before Bed End your day affirming that it's already yours. Feel the gratitude and emotion behind the manifestation.

Repeat for 21–33 Days Stay consistent. The manifestation may occur during or after this period.
